corresponding purposes.

Exhibit A, A-1,A-2, A-3,A-4, Joint Affidavit of Arrest of PO2 Philip J. Pines

and PO2 Jerame A. Arreza , consisting of 3 pages and dated January 30, 2017.
Purpose: Exhibits A to A-4 are being offered for the purpose, to prove the fact that
the arresting officers conducted the buy bust operation and the arrest was valid.

Objection: We object to the purpose/s of this evidence that there was a belief that
the arrest was not valid.

Exhibit B and Exhibit C, Of the seized item (drugs) with the marking of EB
and EB 1.
Purpose: Exhibit B and Exhibit C are offered for the purpose, to prove the fact that
the seized item is the drug which is the subject matter of the case.

Objection: We object your honor, on the ground that the seized item does not
belong to the accused.

Exhibit D and Exhibit E, Of the marked money for two P500.00 peso bill
with serial no. CA 701113 and CA 704443.
Purpose: Exhibit D and Exhibit E are offered for the purpose, to prove the fact that
there was a buy bust operation and there occurred a sale if the subject illegal drugs.

Objection: We object your honor, on the ground that the said marked money was
not obtained from the accused.

dated January 19, 2017 and signed by Police Inspector Phamela Bergavera.
Purpose: Exhibit F and F-1 are offered for the purpose that the subject person is a

the two sealed plastic sachet is illegal drugs and such will be the basis in filing
appropriate case/s against the suspect.

the money used in the buy bust operation will be using in apprehension of
suspected illegal drug personalities.

Sumaway, consisting of 1 page, dated January 19, 2017 and signed by Dr. Oliva
Cecil Caritos (Forensic Chemist).
Purpose: Exhibit J and J-1 are being offered for the purpose, to prove the fact that
the accused Mr. Tom Lemuel Sumaway is positive to the methamphetamine
hydrochloride which is a dangerous drug.

Objection: We object your honor, on the ground that the accused didnt take any
drugs.

Exhibit K and K-1, Chemistry Examination Result for the sealed plastic
sachets, consisting of 1 page, dated January 19, 2017 and signed by Dr. Oliva Cecil
Caritos (Forensic Chemist).
Purpose: Exhibit K and Exhibit K-1 are offered for the purpose, to prove the fact
that seized item contains methamphetamine hydrochloride which is a dangerous
drug.
Objection: We object your honor, on the ground of the truthfulness of the items
examined.

Tom Lemeul Sumaway, consisting of 1 page, dated January 19, 2017 and signed

Purpose: Exhibit L and Exhibit L-1 are offered to determine the presence of
ultraviolet fluorescent powder on the hand of the accused Tom Lemuel Sumaway.

Objection: We object your honor, on the ground of the truthfulness of the result.

consisting of 1 page, dated January 19, 2017 and signed by PO2 Philip Pines and by
the three witness from the brgy official, media representative and DOJ

Purpose: Exhibit M to Exhibit M-4 are being offered for the purpose, to prove the
fact that the seized items were subjected for inventory.
