OPERATIONS:
1. Perform Pre Job safety Meeting Prior to RIH Assy.
2. Rig-up screen handling system (3.5 Rotary slips, 3.5 Safety clamps,
Washpipe safety calmps, 3.5 lift subs, etc.).
3. Make-up and RIH with Bull-plugged screen and blank assembly per the
SUPERIOR COMPLETION tools schematic/space out.
4. Record P/U______ and S/O______ weight at the last blank pipe. Hang last
blank pipe in Rotary table using 3 Rotary Slip & Safety Clamp.

6. MU and RIH with 1.9 flush OD wash pipe as per the tally.
7. Hang off assembly with the help of safety clamps above Blank Pipe
Collar and secure washpipe. Use Pipe wrench to tighten washpipe
connection.
11. Prior to tagging the Bridge plug, record slack-off and pickup weights
PUW =___________& SUW =__________, and adjust setting depth as per
SUPERIOR Tally, record block weight and travel.
12. Tag Bridge plug with 10 kips max set down weight, Mark pipe.
13. Pick Up string to PUW, and mark P.
14. Pick up 5 m from Tag depth and slack back again to confirm the right
depth .

15. Set Packer in set down position with 10 kips (depth of Top
Packer : 2,658.175 m).
16. Space out workstring to avoid Annular Bag within 7 ft above P.
It is distance while stripping up from CV to REVERSE POSITION.
Confirm no coupling throu Annular Bag during stipping up.
Caution: Do not reverse circulate prior to setting Comp-Set packer.
26. Bleed off tubing pressure to zero and perform anchor test with 10 Kips
overpull and 10 Kips Set down on packer to ensure the packer slips
have engaged the casing.
27. Set down workstring with 4 kips, close BOP and test packer seals by
applying 500 psi to the annulus/10 minutes by Rig Pump.
Monitor backside pressures and workstring returns to ensure packer
seals are holding. Then continue to pressure up to 3,000 psi/5
minutes to release the service tool from packer. Slowly release
annular pressure to zero. Mark the workstring to indicate neutral
position.
- At approx. 750-psi the service tool will be released from the
packer.
- If necessary, the service tool may be released from the packer by
applying 10 15 right hand rotations at the packer. (*If EUE
Tubing used, apply 30 35 right hand rotations).
- Ensure that there is provision for adding the stand of tubing to
connect to
Note: Once packer has been set and the service tool is released from
the packer, all tool movements are to be only as necessary to perform
job. All upward movement of the tool string is to be done as slow as
possible to avoid swabbing formation sand and gas into the wellbore.
28. Open BOP. P/U workstring to the p/u weight. Mark P.
29. Contd Pick-up 7ft to R (Reverse Position) from P (P/U
weight). Positive indication of reverse position will be observed when
the Shifting tool collet makes contact with the sealbore.
30. Pressure up the string in the range of 3,500- 4,000 psi to shear the
ball seat and open treating port by Rig Pump. The primary ball seat
will shear and be blown inside the sump housing without posing any
restriction.
Note: If secondary ball was used to set packer, reverse out setting ball
to surface to be captured. Ensure all stings and connection to ball
catcher can pass throu 2.125 ball. Mark the workstring to indicate
reverse position. Establish reverse circulating rates; record rates and
pressures.

31. Space out work string to avoid Annular within 7 ft. distance while
stripping up to REVERSE POSITION.
Note: Ensure that all pumps and lines have been flushed at max
rate and all valves on the treating lines are set properly for pressure
testing. Pressure test the surface lines to 6,000 psi. Function check
pressure valves and chokes on tubing and casing. Set pop-off valves
on WS to 6,000 psi and casing to 3,500 psi. Confirm that these
numbers are within the settings determined by the Pmax calculations
based on weak link collapse, and packer differential rating.

IMPORTANT :
This step should be performed as soon as possible after pumping operations end to
get maximum effect of temperature change due to pumping.
This will provide some indication of the change in tool movement and position due to
pressure and drag effects.
It should also be noted however that other variables such as slurry left in the pipe,
sand out pressures and fluids differentials may cause even further changes to
workstring weight and position. These must be accounted for in determining true
reverse position after treatment.
Step-1
Pressure Test HP line and Set POP OFF
Ensure that all pumps and lines have been flushed at max rate and all
valves on the treating lines are set properly for pressure testing.
Pressure test the surface lines up to 6,000 psi in 4-5 steps and hold for
5 mins.

Step-3 4000 1 min
Check surface leaks on each steps and confirm if any leaks observed.
Set pop-off valves on HP Surface line at 6,000 psi.
Step-2
Acid Pickling:
Mix 10 bbls of ONGC recommended 10% HCL with all the additives.
Pickup string to Reverse position with 7 ft from P position
marking.
In order to clean any pipe scale and or debris from the workstring,
pump the 10 bbls mixed acid system with the tool in the reverse
position @ 1 bpm. Record all rates and pressures.
Displace it with filtered brine rig supplied Brine till 10 bbls above the
frac Port.
Reverse out pickle acid and collect into waste pit and neutralize by
soda ash.
Step-3
Circulation Test:
Injectivity Test:
Step-4
Acid Stimulation
Step-5
Step rate Test
Step Rate test to be done with the crossover tool in the weight-down
Circulating position with 30 Klbs slack-off at surface.
With Hydril and choke closed. Make sure there are no return on surface.
Start Step rate Test as per below mentioned table.
Displace the Step rate Test with 40# linear gel fluid.
Prior to pumping the Frac Pack treatment, based on the Step Rate
Test analysis, optimize the Frac Pack design and treatment schedule
for the existing well conditions.

Step-7
Reverse Out Slurry
Immediately after screen-out in HRWP operation.
Shut down Stimulation Pumps.
Bleed off pressure on string (Stimulation Pump) and annulus (rig floor).
Open Pipe Ram, and Line up Frac manifolds to Reverse position.
Pick up string to CV position
Close the Hydril, Close Choke Line, Open Lower Kill Line.
Pressure up annulus through Kill Line up to 1,000 psi.
Stripping out to Reverse Position
Note:
Build pressure up as soon as possible, and maintain pressure
at 1,000 psi. This pressure is needed to kick out remaining
slurry left inside tubing during stripping up to R.
*Pressure up annulus to 1500 psi or more if required to reverse out
sand.
Continue Reverse Circulation until the return is clean. (Min 2 string volume
i.e. 150 bbls)
