CDC Student Worker Training at a Glance

Amy Yang (Fall 2016)

Learning Outcomes:
After completing the CDC student worker training, the CDC student workers will
1. Perform their assigned administrative tasks for the CDC office efficiently and effectively
2. Provide communication in a professional manner towards everyone who uses the CDC
services
3. Describe what resources and services the CDC office offers to the campus community

Things to keep in mind:

Sessions 1 and 6 could be any sort of activity, as long as it is structured to build
relationships and create a safe/welcoming space to the student workers
The training times may fluctuate depending on how many new student workers are hired
and how many student workers there are overall
Consider having the returning student worker(s) lead some of the training sessions
