Research has been conducted. FACTS and other CONTENT supporting details or pieces of information are being presented (e.g. Statistics, Consultations, Literatures, etc). Everything in the documentary film must be supported with a variety of evidences (may be in the form of images, quotations, graphs 20% etc.) representing multiple perspectives. Images, videos and visual effects are of high STORYBOARDING quality (e.g. not grainy or too much text), relevant and varied (e.g.people, places, objects). The story is also enriched with visual effects/graphics. The story is also well-outlined so as to give a smooth transition of flow of the whole documentary. Enhancement of the narration can be done by the use of script that effectively uses a variety of 20% techniques like dialogue, description, silence, use of first person) to develop experiences/events/characters. The film reflects the content and is paced well FILM PRODUCTION (shot length must be within the instructed duration). The film is enriched with images and visual effects like panning, zooming, transitions, etc. The voice (sound) communicates well and is of high quality. Narration (volume, diction, fluency, flow, inflection) and use of audio (music, effects) 20% are integral in telling the story. All in all, production quality is well polished in terms of sound, lighting, editing and camera. The film has tackled a significant health related RELEVANCE TO THEME issue in the community. The issue being addressed must also be unique in the sense that it catches viewers attention. The film demonstrates why the topic is very significant to the community and that it serves as an eye opener to the more common people. It should not just be descriptive. The most 25% important is, it must draw conclusions about the significance of the main topic/issue.
