What is the problem keeping Zionists and Haredim Jewish people from reaching

a written constitution?
What are zionists?
Faredim?

Haredim Jewish people have been against the start of Zionism because Zionism
goes against the teachings of Judaism. An influential rabbi, Israel Meir Kagan,
said that the Jewish people are not to return from exile until their messiah
returned. Establishing Israel as a Jewish state would directly contradict that. The
reason the Haredim people reject Zionism is because it is in violation of the
three Oaths. The three oaths are; first, not to return to the land of Israel as a
group using force; second, not to fight against the nations of the world; third, the
nations will not harm the Jewish people. The reason that Israel does not have a
written constitution is because by writing the constitution they would be further
violating the the Jewish idea that they cannot return to Israel until their messiah
returns. The Zionist attitude is less about religion and more about gaining land
and secular government power.
