1) Teacher asks the students to listen to a Morning Talk Programme.


2) Teacher asks the students fill in the table by identifying main and supporting ideas from the
talk.
3) Then, teacher asks the students to read some resolutions and asks the students to practise
saying the resolutions aloud.
4) Teacher asks the students to get in pairs and asks them to write down their resolutions.
5) Teacher moves on to next activity which is a dialogue.
6) Teacher asks the students to read and fill in the chart.
7) Teacher provides a task to the students to be completed.

Reflection:

The lessons went well. Teacher had to do some amendments in the lesson because some of the
students were having some difficulties in following the lesson. Despite all the challenges, the
students managed to complete their tasks on time. All the objectives were achieved.

3) Then, teacher moves on to next activity. Teacher asks the students to answer the questions
related to the passages.

Reflection:

The students were indeed interested in this topic. They were enthusiastic to learn more about this
movie. The students did face some challenges in answering the KWLH sheet but with teachers
guidance, they were able to complete the tasks.

Activity(ies):

1) Teacher asks the students to refer to the poster and look through the poster and the layout of

the poster.
2) Teacher discusses the layout of the poster with the students.
3) Teacher moves on by asking the students to match the headings of the poster with the posters.
4) Then, teacher divides the students into pairs and asks the students to create posters of a New
Year celebration.
5) Teacher asks the students to organize a Gallery Walk to portray their posters.

Reflection:

The students created beautiful posters in their notebook. The task was completed successfully.

Reflection:

The students were able to provide some example of the nouns to the teachers. The students
understood the lesson and did their tasks.

Students were quite hesitant to role-play but with the help of the teacher, the students managed to
perform a very short role-play in the class. The role-play did not go as planned but was carried out as
required. The objectives were achieved.

Reflection:

Students really worked hard to figure out the meaning. Some managed to come up with some
meanings but most of them were quite reluctant to share their answers. However, the lesson went as
planned.
