NONAVAILABILITY CERTIFICATE

Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, known as GHMC, registers and maintains the
Births and Deaths taken place within the GHMC limits. Data, certificates can be acquired by the
applicants or they can apply for corrections. But when the data is not available, the applicant or
the Death that has taken through this service.

Category Type : B
User Charges : Rs 35/- (Rs 5/- for each additional copy)
Service Charges: Rs 80/-(for each copy)
Service Level : 3 working days
Documents Required:
1. Application Form *
2. Original Birth Certificate issues by the Registrar of Births
3. Declaration by Parent(s) attested by two gazetted officers

4. Notary Affidavit on Rs 10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper

5. Available Documentary evidences like educational certificates, Election ID Card, Ration Card,
Passport, Driving License and Marriage Certificates are to be produced
6. A letter from the Hospital Authorities where the Birth has occurred mentioning the facts

Procedure for Applying:

Operator clicks on GHMC to go to GHMC services.


In GHMC Services select Non availability Certificate service like shown in the below screen.
After selecting the Non availability Certificate service in the GHMC services, the below
screen will be displayed.
From above screen select Service Type (either 1. Birth Certificate 2. Death Certificate) from
Request Type dropdown list. Like shown in the below screen.

Note: - Here I am selecting 1.Birth Certificate as Service type.


Operator enters all the applicant details, Birth details, Service specific Details and Postal
detailsetc. Like shown in the below screen.
Note: - Based on the customer request, the delivery option (either through Manual/In Person or
Speed Post - Local or Speed Post - Non Local at the Franchisee) has to be selected .The
courier charges for Postal (Local) is Rs. 33/- and for Postal Non Local is Rs. 46/-.
Operator enters all Postal details such as door no, district, mandal, village/ward & pin code.
Along with purpose etc. Like shown in the below screen.
Operator collects the necessary supporting documents as indicated in the service page and
scans the same documents and uploads into the System. Like shown in the below screen.
After entering all mandatory fields and uploading the necessary supporting documents,
Operator Clicks on Show Payment button, like shown in the below screen.
After Clicking on Show Payment button, it will go to Conform Payment. Like shown in the
below Screen.
Note: - Here Challan amount changed based on number of copies.
Based on the delivery option chosen by the citizen, the service charges will be calculated
and displayed in the show payment, like shown in the below Screen.
Operator collects the amount from the customer and submits the request By Clicking on
Conform Payment button, like shown in the below screen.

On confirmation the receipt will be generated as shown below along with the Certificate
Delivery Date.
Please note that in case if you do not have sufficient balance with your service provider (SCA),
system will not accept the request.

On submission, the request will go to respective AMOH work flow for further processing.
Once the request is approved by AMOH then, Birth Certificate will be dispatched
through courier to the customers address if Delivery Type is Speed Post Local/Non
Local.
If Delivery Type Is Manual, then citizen collect the Birth Certificate from franchisee
where he/she applied for the Certificate.

Note: - Non Availability Death certificate also doing same like as Non Availability birth certificate
