CITY SPECIFIC AGREEMENT ATTACHMENT

Presentation Location: Costa Rica

Qualification Requirements:
a. Married and cohabitating couples one must be between the ages of 30 and 70 years of age with an annual household
income of $50,000 (US) per year. Single women between the ages of 35 and 70 years of age with an annual
household income of at least $50,000 (US) per year. Same sex married couples will be accepted.

b. If a generated Tour is married or has a significant other, both partners/spouses must be present at the Presentation to
be Qualified and together will be considered one Qualified Tour. Married and cohabitating couples must show
matching address photo id (no exceptions).

c. All adults in the party will be required to attend the presentation

d. Single parties of 3 or more guests will not be accepted.

e. Guest must be gainfully employed or retired.

f. For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid drivers
license or passport and a major credit card (debit/check cards and discover are not acceptable forms of id).

g. The Tour may not have attended another Villa Sol Hotel & Beach Resort presentation in the last 12 months.

h. Must attend time-share presentation. Presentation time 90- 120 minutes.

i. No full time Students, travel agents, airline employees, hospitality or vacation ownership employees.

j. Clients must be US citizens.

k. All persons in the party must understand and speak fluent English or Spanish

l. Quinnellas will not be accepted (No group travel).

m. Accommodations are provided at Villas Sol Hotel & Beach Resort.

n. Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance and no more than 6 months in advance.

o. Tour Fees: Package is all inclusive in a standard hotel room for 2 adults for 4 nights and includes round trip airport
transportation from Liberia, Costa Rica International Airport. (Vendor will owe a $225.00 booking fee upon
confirmation of reservation.

p. Additional Night/Upgrade/Adult/Child Fees (Max stay 7 nights)

Max Room Occupancy is 4 adults per standard room
Extra Nights $85.00 per person per night for the first 2 adults
3rd and 4th adult (age 12 and up) in a room $80.00 per person per night
3rd and 4th children (age 11 and under) in a room $45.00 per child per night
Upgrade to a 1 bdrm villa $159.00 per night
Upgrade to a 2 bdrm villa $208.50 per night
Upgrade to a 3 bdrm villa $329.00 per night

q. Cancel/date change requests must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancel/date change requests made with
less than 30 days notice prior to arrival or any no show hotel will forfeit the $225.00 booking fee.

r. Guests that do not tour or are not qualified for any reason will be charged for the entire stay prior to check out and
will forfeit their $225.00 booking fee.

s. Customer must also sign terms and conditions form provided below prior to booking. The form can be emailed to
flreservations@aol.com or faxed to 386-255-9810. This form can also be located on webex under documents-Resort
