Title of Lesson: Sensory Farm Bottles
Part 1: Evaluation
Objective 1: The children will develop skills of curiosity by shaking the
bottle to watch the animal move.

o Not Met

Outcome: When I gave the children the bottle and I told them to shake it, and I will
tell them to look inside, and they didnt and got to see the leaves, and the different
farm animals inside.

Follow-Up: I can have the animals that was in side in a bigger form for the children
to look at.

Objective 2: The children will gain an understanding of numbers by


participating in the Sensory Farm Bottle Activity.

Outcome: When I gave them the bottle I would tell each that they have 2 farm
animals inside the bottle.

Follow-Up: I would give the children the bigger animals and help them count how
many eyes each animals have.

Objective 3: The children will develop problem-solving skills by watching


the object as they move up and down in the water.

o Not Met

Outcome: As the children was shaking the bottle I was having them look how the
animals was moving inside the water.

Follow-Up: I would take all the bottle and dump them in a big bin for them to see
how they really move in the water.

2. What specific parts of the activity were most successful? Provide 3


examples to support your response.
- When I was showing them each animal card, and the looks on their
faces when I was saying the sound of each animal.
- After the cards, I gave them the bottle for them to look at and that
where they really got excited, to look inside to see what there.
- Even after my lesson was finish they were still happily playing with
the bottle.

3. Describe any difficulties or challenges you encountered.


Were you adequately planned and prepared?
- The only thing that was difficult was that I didnt get to have all the
children, because that was the time they were getting their bottle,
and my mentor and the assistant had to go somewhere.
- Yes, I believe I was planned and prepare for my lesson I had
everything I needed, and the children really enjoyed it.

4. How would you address the difficulties and/or challenges if it


happened again?
- Just do the same thing after they would finish there bottle I would
just do my lesson over to them too.
