childrens name or as Karta of HUF property at this present place of my posting where the leased
accommodation required for me.
I furnish overleaf the particulars of living area of the leased accommodation proposed by me at the above
address
I declare that I have vacated the Bank Quarters / Leased accommodation provided to me in my previous
place of posting and rent advance given to me has been adjusted /refunded by me.
The excess rent over and above my eligibility and the standard rent may please be recovered from my
salary.
I undertake to vacate the above premises under the present lease to be sanctioned without any financial
loss to the Bank and on termination of the lease, the balance in rent advance if any, not refunded by the
land lord to the Bank shall be recovered and adjusted from my Savings Bank account/Salary payable to
me or from my Terminal benefits.

I/We offer to you to give on lease the ground floor of my / our premises and my / our terms and
conditions are as follows :
1) Rent Rs. per month with effect from or from the date of handing over
possession of the premises payable within the 5th day of the succeeding month.
2) During the years from to or from the date of handing over the
possession of the premises you are at liberty to vacate the premises at any time during
pendency of lease by giving one month's notice in writing without paying any compensation
for earlier termination.
3) All existing and enhanced municipal taxes, rates and cesses will be paid by us/me. Only
actual charges for consumption of electricity and water shall be paid by you. I undertake to
provide separate meters for this purpose.
4) All repairs including annual / periodical white washing and annual / periodical painting
will be got done by me/us at my/our cost. In case, the repairs and/or white / colour
washing is/are not done by me us as agreed now, you will be at liberty to carry out such
repairs/white/colour washing etc., and deduct all such expenses from the rent payable to
me/us.
5) You are at liberty to remove at the time of vacating the premises, all electrical fittings and
fixtures, counters, safes, safe deposit lockers, cabinets, strong room door, partition and other
furniture put up by you.
6) You have to give me a sum of Rs. being the advance rent deposit for months
which will be refunded to you at the time of vacating the premises or you are at liberty to
adjust the amount from the last one or two month/s rent payable to me/us by you before
you vacate.
7) If my offer is acceptable, I/we will give you possession of the above premises on

9) Further, I declare that the house is constructed in the year and does not come under
the purview of Rent Controller Act, documentary evidence enclosed.
