Thanks for this comparison. I shoot ML raw video on my 5D3 and got a 5D4 primarily
because it's a noticeable step up for stills (everyone seems to agree on that) but the 5D4's How terrible is the MJPEG
4K video capability also gives me a degree of future-prooPng, I guess. However, to my Codec of the 5D Mark IV?

I use FCPX too, but dont use Compressor anymore. I choose the standard 1080

yes you're right. not the good choice if you re looking for a 4K video cam. But a very
good choice for canon users who want to upgrade their 5D2 or 5D3 for stills and
will occasionnaly take advantage of 4K. Do NOT buy the Canon 5D
