Philosophy of Education

As an educator, I believe that all children, teenagers and young adults can learn despite any
obstacles they may have to overcome. I have high expectations of my students, myself and my
colleagues. I want all children to succeed in their learning and have success in their lives. I
also believe that teachers can inspire themselves and others professionally in all ways to
become an even better educator than we already are. As an educator I am always striving to be
and do better for myself and my students. That will make us lifelong learners. We must
remember that for our students to learn, we must keep learning ourselves. Our children are
our future, so we must motivate them to become active members in their learning.

Objective

To obtain a position as an assistant principal and be a part of the overall administration of the
instructional program and operations of the district at the campus level. To coordinate
assigned student activities and services through the understanding of school administrative
operations. To use my skills and expertise in the areas of teaching and building rapport with
the faculty and staff.
