2. Engineer, Process engineering department(PED), Motherson Sumi Systems

Launch of new products SMR ,LAMBDA & P552 with successful plan adherence for
tooling and infra setup during PP Trials, MPP Trials and Mass Production.
Submission of all PED related PPAP documents(PFC,CPK/PPK,PFMEA) during trial
stages & mass production.
Successfully launched the new grand project named YP6 for new Suzuki car launch
in Europe within short period with the strategic planning and process approach.
Training and motivating the new PED technician in different stages to make him
trained to attend various break downs successfully in minimum possible time.
Managed and controlled the tooling inventory like spare parts of jigs applicator
testing machines and there periodic ordering based upon respective lead times.
Recording of MOP data like MTTR, MTBF, overall downtime, Kaizens, tooling cost,
tooling inventory stock etc.
