Project Handover Documentation

This document contains the requirements of any project to be handed over
to the Fixed Plant department. This document also contains interval
requirements to ensure a smooth ownership transition. All documentation
shall be presented to the Fixed Plant Maintenance Superintendent for the
whole project.

1. Equipment List
The full equipment list is required four weeks prior to the handover of any
equipment. This allows the Fixed Plant department to update the
equipment register and have the capability to create stockcodes,
maintenance standard tasks.

2. Equipment Specifications & Certificates

The equipment specifications and certificates displaying compliance to all
Australian Standards, Mining & Quarrying Acts and Regulations and Site
Standards are required four weeks prior to the handover of any
equipment.

3. Maintenance Manuals
The maintenance manuals are required four weeks prior to the handover
of any equipment. This allows the Fixed Plant department to create
maintenance standard tasks, begin scheduling to the maintenance
schedule and purchase any special tools required for maintenance. If
there are any special tools with a purchase lead time greater than two
weeks, the Fixed Plant department must be notified as soon as this is
identified.

4. Spares List
The recommended original equipment manufacturers spare parts listing is
to be supplied to the Fixed Plant department four weeks prior to handover.
For any spare parts that have a lead time greater than two weeks, the
Fixed Plant department must be notified as soon as it is identified.

5. Operation Manuals
The operation manuals are required four weeks prior to the handover of
any equipment. This allows the Fixed Plant department and Operations
department to develop the required training packages for the equipment.

6. Drawings and Calculations

Construction and workshop drawings are required on the day of handover.
As built drawings will be accepted up to two weeks after handover.
Calculations are required two weeks prior to handover. All drawings and
calculations are to be registered with Technical Records and have an
Xstrata drawing number attached. This allows the Fixed Plant department
a file of all equipment as it was installed.

7. Calculations
Calculations are required two weeks prior to handover. All relevant
calculations, including electrical fault levels, earth fault, touch potential
and all safety factors are to be included. All calculations are to be
registered with Technical Records and have an Xstrata drawing number
attached.

8. Process Drawings
For any process changes, the Process Flow Diagrams, Piping &
Instrumentation Diagram or Single Line Drawings are required four weeks
prior to handover. All drawings are to be registered with Technical Records
and have an Xstrata drawing number attached. This will allow the Fixed
Plant department to ensure there are no impacts on the control system
with any process changes.

9. Training Manuals
The operation manuals are required four weeks prior to the handover of
any equipment. This allows the Fixed Plant department and Operations
department to develop the required training packages for the equipment.

10. Commissioning Checklist

The commissioning checklist shall be given to the Fixed Plant department
to review at least one week prior to commission testing. This
documentation includes HV switching sheets. This will allowing the Fixed
Plant department to ensure that all operating conditions are tested.

11. Risk Assessments & Installation JSAs (for repair work)

A copy of all Risk Assessments and installation JSAs shall be given to the
Fixed Plant department on the day of handover. This will allow the Fixed
Plant department to understand the installation process for future repairs
and inspections.

12. Inspections
An inspection of the equipment must be completed with the future asset
supervisor prior to handover and after commissioning.

13. Photographs of Completed Installation

The project manager is expected to have taken photos during the
installation and after completion of installation, a copy of these shall be
handed over to the future asset supervisor on the day of handover.
