1. Equipment List
The full equipment list is required four weeks prior to the handover of any
equipment. This allows the Fixed Plant department to update the
equipment register and have the capability to create stockcodes,
maintenance standard tasks.
3. Maintenance Manuals
The maintenance manuals are required four weeks prior to the handover
of any equipment. This allows the Fixed Plant department to create
maintenance standard tasks, begin scheduling to the maintenance
schedule and purchase any special tools required for maintenance. If
there are any special tools with a purchase lead time greater than two
weeks, the Fixed Plant department must be notified as soon as this is
identified.
4. Spares List
The recommended original equipment manufacturers spare parts listing is
to be supplied to the Fixed Plant department four weeks prior to handover.
For any spare parts that have a lead time greater than two weeks, the
Fixed Plant department must be notified as soon as it is identified.
5. Operation Manuals
The operation manuals are required four weeks prior to the handover of
any equipment. This allows the Fixed Plant department and Operations
department to develop the required training packages for the equipment.
7. Calculations
Calculations are required two weeks prior to handover. All relevant
calculations, including electrical fault levels, earth fault, touch potential
and all safety factors are to be included. All calculations are to be
registered with Technical Records and have an Xstrata drawing number
attached.
8. Process Drawings
For any process changes, the Process Flow Diagrams, Piping &
Instrumentation Diagram or Single Line Drawings are required four weeks
prior to handover. All drawings are to be registered with Technical Records
and have an Xstrata drawing number attached. This will allow the Fixed
Plant department to ensure there are no impacts on the control system
with any process changes.
9. Training Manuals
The operation manuals are required four weeks prior to the handover of
any equipment. This allows the Fixed Plant department and Operations
department to develop the required training packages for the equipment.
12. Inspections
An inspection of the equipment must be completed with the future asset
supervisor prior to handover and after commissioning.
