Beginners Meditation

Attainment of physical comfort and control. (Pause) Breathing rhythmic and regular. (Pause) Align through etheric tranquility, of the physical body. (Pause) Align with the pure limpid pool, of the emotional body. (Pause) Align with the clear light mind of the mental body ever held steady in the light, of the Soul. (Pause)1 Align with the Soul. (As it is natural for the Soul to operate on its own plane at-one, with all Souls;) align with its group consciousness state, or nature. (Pause) There focused ever steady in the light once again align though this time with your (spiritual) group brothers, all men, women and children of goodwill throughout the world who seek to work, with the Forces of Light. (Pause) Sound the group fusion mantram I am one with my group brothers and all that I have is theirs. May the love that is in my soul pour forth to them. May the strength that is in me lift and aid them. May the thoughts which my soul creates reach and encourage them. Meditate for fifteen minutes on the responsibilities and steps for the needed will-toequilibrium or -peace to calm and integrate the ever-turbulent waters of the emotional plane and the (emotional) bodies of the majority on that plane. So the clear diamond interpreting light of the mind maybe duly trained to align with the Soul to bring in, the Forces of Light through Humanity. Finally sound, with the genuine heartfelt intent, the first stanza of the Great Invocation Let the Forces of Light bring illumination to mankind. Let the Spirit of Peace be spread abroad. May men of goodwill everywhere meet in a spirit of cooperation. May forgiveness on the part of all men be the keynote at this time. Let power attend the efforts of the Great Ones. So let it be, and help us to do our part. OM.

ENDNOTE: As regards the term the Forces of Light noted above, the following excerpt was mentioned by the Tibetan High Lama Djwhal Khul, in reference to the situation near the end of the Second World War yet, is equally applicable to groups today
Use of the as if faculty, the imagination is ever important or useful here. Note also that a subtler and generally more important etheric body informs the physical body. More important because, from its higher vibratory state including the etheric brain, nervous systems and chakra centers over-lights and when more refined more effectively directs the outer dense physical form.

whom like the Axis powers (back then) significantly transgress upon the entitled freedom, rights and free will of humanity and individual alike. He states, under The Forces of Light. I would here correct an impression which exists among esotericists. By this phrase, (the Forces of Light), they are apt to mean that the Hierarchy [the spiritual Hierarchy of the planet] is literally fighting against the Axis nations. This is not so in the physical sense. The Hierarchy worksas you well knowwith the souls of men and with those minds which are so oriented and disposed that they react to soul impression. When I use the expression the Forces of Light I mean those enlightened nations upon whom the light of Freedom shines and who will refuse, at all costs, to relinquish that light. In a lesser sense and for a brief time, there was no freedom in Italy, but Italy must be counted among the enlightened nations, for it could not be held in duress. The Forces of Light comprise those nations (working through their armies and in the diplomatic arena) who are today fighting for the freedom of humanity, for the eternal rights of man, for liberty of conscience, for the position of the individual in any nation, and for freedom of religion or the right of mans self-chosen approach to the spiritual realities. Behind these nations stands the Hierarchy. Freedom is the birthright of mankind, and free will is the highest of the divine characteristics. Freedom is misinterpreted and misused by many, owing to the point in evolution of the mass of humanity, but it is a fundamental, divine principle; and where principles are involved the Hierarchy knows no compromise. There is no spiritual principle behind any of the activities of the Axis Powers, behind German activity or Japanese aggression.
