Alpha Chi Omega

Academic Probation Contract

Spring 2017
Members of Alpha Chi Omega who fail to achieve a quarterly
minimum grade point average of 2.5 will be placed on academic
probation. As a result of academic probation, the member must
complete academic activity tasks every other week during the
quarter that encourage effective study habits and academic
achievement, in order to get the member back on track academically.
As academic interest is one of our national standards, all members
must understand that academics must remain a priority over
participation in Alpha Chi Omega. All academic activity tasks must be
turned in to the VP Intellectual Development who will monitor your
progress.

Each member on academic probation will be required to complete the

activities sent out by the VP Intellectual Development every other
week. The women must complete each activity by the designated due
date and submit to the Vice President of Intellectual Development. All
women on academic probation will have the option to attend study
hours every other week in the library, if they chose to do so in addition
to the required activities.
