Our art technique was about marbling, marbling mean is mixing colors
while in day care center the unit was about fruit and vegetables so, we
tried our best to find connection between our technique and their
topic, and we found matching color with fruit or vegetables has the
same color. For example, we ask child how get red color through
mixing colors, what fruit have a red color? So here the child will learn
fruit colors. Moreover, we papered the resources needed for activity
which involved watercolors, drops, glitters, brushs, plates, papers,
marbles, water, cups. Through applying marbling activity children will
develop fundamental skills in following areas, fine motor ability when
the kids use their small muscles like hand when they hold the plate
and move their arm to roll the plate, language skill when they
conversation with group members and learn new vocabulary from us,
also support cognitive skill by thinking. Also, children will be able to
identify new color through mixing 2 colors or more.

Example of Children:
After planning, we suggest encouraging children in marbling
activity by present video that present steps and we showed
them samples to assist children to know what exactly they
do with the resources. While we give children freedom to
choose color, choose the way to drop the colors in the plate
by given options from many materials. For example, we
provided brush and drop for drop the color in plate also, we
provided 7 colors.

Evaluation:
During applying marbling activity, I observed that the kids
was too enjoy and happy with mixing colors. Also, I believe
that the children achieved doing marbling pictures because I
saw kids doing the activity easily because the steps are
match with children abilities. Moreover, children were
creative, some children was use different method to do the
steps. For example, Rowd used her hand to move the
marbles in plate instated to roll the plate and Hamed was
pour the colors in plate instated to take it by brush or drop. I
felt some children still cant hold the brush well I think they
arevery young, they are about 3 to 4 yearus old, and in this
year its so hard to hold the brush in right way so, we trune
to hop their hand to pressure the drop.

I was happy because marbling lesson assist children in


language development by learn materilas words. I believe
that when I hear Mariam asking her friend to have paper so,
here Mariam learn one word from the reassures.

Finally, I hope to do other art techicques with children


because I was interesting when the children creat art
pictures. Theorth this expirence I have learned to use
different method to document children work. For example, in
marbling lesson I document by use photo, video, chckelist
and writ note and I belive how nassessary for every teacher
to document her children work because she could share
children work with their parent, observe children doveloping
