Father God,
Thank you for teaching me to listen. Thank you for my
parents, teachers, friends, Pastor Ron, and his family. May
they be strengthened with might through Your spirit in
their inner man (Ephesians 3:16).
Forgive me when I make bad choices. Help me to obey
my parents so things will go well with me and I will live
a long life on the earth (Ephesians 6:2-3). I will tell others
how great You are and how much I love you. Thank you
that because of Jesus, I am healed and whole.

Psalm 119:105
Mary and Martha were sisters. One day, Jesus came to
their house to visit. Mary sat and listened to what Jesus
was teaching. Martha was worried and distracted taking
care of things around the house and serving her guest.
Martha got upset because she thought Mary should be
helping her. Jesus told Martha that she shouldnt be so
worried and distracted. He said that Mary had made a
wise choice to sit and listen to him.
Luke 10:38-42
Ephesians 6:1-2
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.
Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment
with a promise.
