Briefly explain why you gave the site this grade?

I gave this site a C because although it was an interesting experience, I wish I had been more
hands on, and engaging. I learned a ton of new networking and marketing skills, but I thought it
was going to be more based on basketball operations, and interactive with the actual sport.

Please briefly describe your anticipated projects and activities at the beginning of the
internship. Did you get to participate in these activities as expected? If not, please tell us
why and what activities you were assigned to do instead.

The projects I was given were the corporate team building intern marketer, I called prospective
companies around the Charlotte area, and basically asked if they would be interested in working
with Rick on activates to boost team bonding, and building. Also, I assisted with any events
Game ready had, including birthday parties, Corporate Team Building Events, and Character
Education Events. In addition, I passed out flyers around the area for the upcoming summer
basketball camp.

What would you say was the best part of your internship?

The best part about my internship was my ability to interact with new people during the events
throughout the semester. I learned some on sight communication skills, and how to enhance my
telecommuting skills over the phone.

What was the worst part of your internship?

The worst part of my internship was the lack of hands experience. I wish we could have met
more in person, and had on sight experience. I did not like some of the task given, due to the
level of hardness. Making calls for the most part of my internship was not the most excited,
especially when I would hear other talk about how cool and interesting there internship was.
