Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

This letter will serve as an Appliance Turnover Agreement for site reworks, modifications and future after sales concerns.

A. During installation period, Focus Global will provide assistance to any party to address concerns involving FGI units.
B. Only trained FGI technicians/installers should install the appliances at their respective actual locations. Servicing or
tampering of an unauthorized party may lead to product defects and scratches or dents due to mishandling and shall void
the warranty of the unit. Thus, any damages that may cause to the appliance will be charged accordingly to the party
involved.

Below is the list of appliances provided by Focus Global Inc.

C. Focus Global has the right to take charges for turned over units that will require dismantling and reinstallation due to
kitchen rectifications or reworks.
D. In any case that the cooktop or hood is damaged and the breaker should be shut off or trips, since they are sharing one
breaker, BOTH the cooktop and hood cannot be used.
