Seasoned projects and programs management person with over fifteen years of hands-on experience

Working with SMEs, Vendor Technical Leads (VTLs), WinOPS, NetOPS, VST, VST OPS and other
cross-functional global teams, developed and implemented following projects, including Go/No-Go

As a Project Manager supported POC for network group initiative to migrate hundreds of databases for
development, Stage, non-PROD and PROD instances. Also performed classical BA functions.

Redstone provides management consulting services in niche market to high-tech customers like SVTC,
which is a Semiconductor R&D FAB. As a part of supply chain, SVTC implemented customized MES
FAB300 solution with interface to SAP ERP to securely and electronically collect and track its
customers intellectual properties (IP) like processes and manufacturing data thus avoiding exposure to
each other. I was brought on board to revive this process-oriented troubled project.
Accomplished the project in additional ten months and $900K only, a significant achievement.
Completely turned around and brought under control this troubled initiative by balancing triple
constraints, by providing focus and direction, and by using fusion of PMP, Agile & Scrum.
Worked closely with manufacturing, process engineering, R&D engineering, customer project
management, sales, marketing, IT and the vendor development teams to define, re-engineer and

Developed and implemented 3PL project to enable CMs to execute shipping transaction and pay
