An effective musical team is often a creative democracy

communication skills, the ability to discuss, compromise and work

towards a shared goal are just as important as technical and musical

ability. This unit will help you develop your understanding of the
key features of successful ensembles and bands

Scenario:
You have been asked by a local music school to write a web
