warnings will be issued to test the statewide warning and communications systems at 1:45. Hall School
will conduct its own drill at 1:00 pm. For details about tornado procedures, please refer to the staff

Field Trips
We were able to secure some additional funding for field trips for every grade level, however, this funding
has to be used for this year. Please send your proposals to Administration and Ms. Cavanna.

Bus Evacuation
Spring Bus Evacuation will happen on April 17th during arrival. If you are not a classroom teacher, please
support students outside in front of the building.

MCA Proposal
If you have not already done so, please turn in your proposal to Administration by Wednesday of next
week.

Yoga
Were fortunate for a wonderful opportunity from Yess Yoga Studios to offer weekly yoga sessions on
Fridays from 3:15-4:15. A shout-out to Ms. Yess for setting up this relaxing opportunity!

MRC Recruiting
If you know of potential candidates who would be good fits at Hall, please let Mr. Getowicz know.

Dismissal
If you teach after-school and your students are taken to buses by another teacher, please make sure you
inform Ms. Iden or Mr. Bogle so we can allow buses to depart on time.
