DESCRIPTION

The tour starts in Drobeta Turnu Severin, Romania. Participants arrive on September
3 in Turnu Severin and have dinner with local stakeholders. Kick-off meeting.
In the morning of Sept.4 guided visit to D.T.Severin.

The tour will take you some 40km to the west after the Iron Gates II in the Danube
star pension in Eselnita a place for water fun and sport.
A short ride to the monument of Decebal followed by a boat trip to discover the big
and small tanks, a cave and have fun.

The next day Sept.5 visit of Orsova and the Monastery Sf. Ana and lunch in
Calafat. Some cycling along the way but only in the areas without heavy traffic. In the
evening arrival in Vidin, visit of Baba Vida fortress with surprises and dinner with
stakeholders
September 6.
Here in Vidin the options double: cycling and kayaking

CYCLING
Belogradchik is a magnificent place with unique stone formations. Before getting
there well visit the Magura cave and have picnic at Rabisha lake, legendary with the
gigantic monster inhabiting its deepest waters.
In Belogradchik well visit the stronghold Kaleto, roll in a zorbing ball and have a
15km ride to the winery of Borovitsa. The accommodation is just 2 km after the wine
tasting.
KAYAKING
Five kayaks for two will await the water sport enthusiasts near the castle of Baba Vida
for a one day ride down the Danube town of Lom. Many rests, many beautiful islands
with virgin beach of fine sands. In the evening - arrival in inn Madona and dinner
with the others.

September 7.
This day well cross down to Svistov. In the morning a visit of the Bulgarian historical
ship Radeteski, visit of Oryahovo and some cycling or kayaking down to Nikopol in
the afternoon and arrival in Svistov for the evening with stakeholders.

September 8.
RUSE
Again two options to arrive in Ruse cycling and kayaking. The cycling option will take
you through the Rock Churches near Cherven with a local guide taking us to the
Liuliaka hotel on the Danube bank.
Dinner with stakeholders

September 9.
Srebarna
On the 7th day of the promo trip well visit the nature reserve Srebarna. Some
driving or kayaking up to there and accommodation in nice family guesthouses in this
tourist village.

September 10-12.
On the way to the final destination the Danube Delta well visit Silistra, cross the
Danube by baca and reach the place, which attracts all passionate cyclists of the
