KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Use A Moortm has been created by private, allodial means, by this private Moorish American /
Al Moroccan National with the sole intent to provide a national premier directory network
platform created for Aboriginal and Indigenous Moors / Muurs and other nationals, nations of the
Earth, and others, to conduct International Fair Trade for business leading to economy-building
and/or nation-building throughout the world. The following description informs the public of the
exclusive and protected Allodial, International Trade Mark (tm) rights invoked, reserved, and
sustained by this private Moor / Muur Aboriginal / Indigene, to wit:

1. Use A Moortm Privately Doing Business As (Allodial Trade Name): Use A Moor
Network (non-commercial) is a privately held and privately operating allodial, national
association created for the purposes of providing a global Internet directory service for
business owners, entrepreneurs, and natural people to offer his or her professional and
ethical services, or exclusive, quality products (or both), to other people around the
world. Use A Moor Networks private, national operator(s) assert(s) the Allodial,
International Trade Mark, Use A Moortm, and its respective logo format (shown above
and described below), to conduct International Fair Trade for positive business
endeavors, for economy-building, for nation-building, and for personal growth of the
aboriginal and indigenous operator(s) to Use A Moortm and the products and/or services
the private operator(s) provide. The Use A Moortm Allodial, International Trade Mark and
Logo are Non-Transferrable, but can have national, direct bloodline heirs and/or
successors, and its limited usage outside of direct bloodline, must be knowingly and
willingly granted by the respective, private, national owner having autographed below.

2. The Allodial, International Trade Mark (tm), Use A Moortm, is in connection with Use A
Moor Network and its private, peaceful networking operations. The Use A Moor Network
operation is a direct part of the Moorish Divine & National Movement of the World
(M.D.N.M.) and the Allodial, International Trade Mark (tm) is proudly being displayed in
honour of the Living Moorish Nation in connection with Northwest Amexem / North
America / The North Gate. All honourable, peaceful, respectful, ethical, internationally
successful, and even new businesses are genuinely welcomed to honorably utilize the
global, national, premier directory network platform, created for explicit use through the
Use A Moortm Allodial, International Trade Mark (tm) for International Fair Trade.

3. Furthermore, Use A Moor Networks private operator(s), privately operate(s) for the sole
national contribution to connect upright, honourable Moors / Muurs with other nationals
(and others) across the globe for mutual, economic benefit and growth, while working
with humane people for a brighter future for all of humanity. All positive humanitarian

 efforts are supported by the private, national operators to Use A Moortm, by business
listings submitted to Use A Moor Networks National Premier Green Pages Directory.

4. Any and all business conducted through Use A Moortm and Use A Moor Network, must
adhere to the supreme law of the land, as clearly identified in the Constitution for the
United States of America Republic (ratified 1791), inclusive of the North American,
Central American, and South American continents and adjoining islands, which are the
lawful and rightful birth estates for the aboriginal and indigenous Moors / Muurs, who
have also been lawfully recognized, internationally, as the true heirs to these estates.
No forms of fiefdom-prone or corporate tyranny-driven businesses will be honoured, nor
accepted, nor tolerated, for any business listings submitted to the Use A Moor Network.

5. Use A Moortm and Use A Moor Networks private operator(s) reserve(s) all inalienable,
unalienable and substantive birthrights, clearly defined and outlined in public,
International records such as: United Nations Charter Universal Declaration of
Human Rights (ratified 1948), United Nations Charter Declaration on the Rights of
Indigenous Peoples (ratified 2007), the Treaty of Peace & Friendship 1787; 1836
between Morocco and the United States (over 225 years in effect, to date), and the
Constitution for the United States of America Republic (ratified 1791 for which it
still stands).

Use A Moortm Allodial, International Trade Mark Logo Description:

The Allodial, International Trade Mark Logo consists of a global network circle representing
Earth, with a five-pointed star in the center (similar to Moroccos Flag). In addition a transparent
triangle-shaped figure, with rounded edges, is overlaying the global network circle representing
Earth. In conclusion, the logo has the words, "Use A Moortm" just under the global network
circle representing Earth. The primary logo colors for the Allodial, International Trade Mark
Logo (similar to Moroccos Flag) are clearly displayed on the heading of this affidavit and will
remain intact as such henceforth until (or unless) changed by this private, national operator.

Conclusion:

Use A Moortm and Use A Moor Networks private, national operator(s) do operate in peace and
harmony (even with domesticated territories) and expect the same peace and respect in return.
In addition, Use A Moortm and Use A Moor Networks operator(s) are bound by honour to the
Free Moorish Zodiac Constitution, already copy-written in the Library of Congress, Washington,
District of Columbia Credentials: (c) Truth A1 AA222141 by: C. M. Bey (PBUH).

All explicit and exclusive rights to the usage of the Allodial, International Trade Mark (tm) Logo
identified as Use A Moortm, with connection to Use A Moor Network, was, is, and will always be
fully reserved worldwide ad infinitum. There can be no U.S., nor foreign jurisdictional claims
from de facto law operatives, nor de facto-operating governments, who would attempt to infringe
upon any rights of the private, national operator(s) to Use A Moortm and Use A Moor Network,
nor can there be any unlawful / illegal claims made by the associations, affiliations, subsidiaries,
sub-constructs, subcontracts, etc., etc. of such de facto laws and de facto-operating
governments (including corporate states and corporate municipalities and counties operating
through corporate states i.e. STATE OF NEW JERSEY, STATE OF NEW YORK, STATE OF
PENNSYLVANIA, etc., etc.). Use A Moortm and Use A Moor Networks operator(s) is / are not
U.S. Citizens, U.S. Residents, U.S. Subjects, nor Addressees, irrespective of business
listings bearing the Use A Moortm Allodial, International Trade Mark or Use A Moor Network
(Allodial Trade Name) on the Internet for promotional needs only, and only by the immediate
moral duress created by dominating and colonizing corporations having control of the resources.
