Statistical analysis of tropical cyclone tracks in the Pacific using reanalysis dataset of
National Centers for Environmental Prediction(NCEP).
Statistical characters of explosive cyclones over the northwest part of the Pacific
and Atlantic.

Analyze Pingtan Island daily data to determine local climate change patterns.
Assist as a domestic visiting scholar in the Department of Meteorology at NanJing
University from September 2012 to July2013 to use NCEP data to assimilate the
local meteorological data.
Assist as a visiting scholar abroad in the Geography Fluid Dynamistic Institute at
Florida State University from July2016 to July2017 to track extratropical cyclone
centers and diagnose different algorithms
Teach marine meteorology to help students understand the weather change
