CHECK LIST SYSTEM DIESEL FUEL

Loading Diesel
1 Ensure grease and lubricant are already filled in Diesel Unloading
Pump (376-P-1002)
2 Ensure diesel tank lorry is connected with flange connection and
open:
376-GAT-2353 at suction 376-P-1002
376-GLO-1220 at discharge 376-P-1002
376-BAR-2323 at discharge 376-P-1002
3 Start Diesel Unloading Pump (376-P-1002) by 376-XI-1002
4 Open the isolation ball valve 376-BAR-2323 in suction line fully and
open globe valve 376-GLO-1383 in discharge line a little bit
5 After reaching the operating speed the control system will start the
motor Diesel Feed Pump (376-P-1004/M-01) and the feed valve
(376-XV-1001) to the centrifuge will be opened.
6 Slowly open globe valve 376-GLO-1383 until the pump capacity has
reached the rated capacity.
7 Start the Diesel Centrifuge motor (376-Y-1002/M-02)
8 The counter pressure in the treated fuel oil outlet shall be adjusted
to about 30 psig with the globe valve 376-GLO-1384. The pressure
is indicated and monitore with pressure transmitter 376-PIT-1012.
9 Check that the sludge pump (376-P-1003) starts after the discharge
of the Diesel Centrifuge and empty the sludge tank (376-TK-1002)
completely.
10 Check Diesel Storage Tank (376-TK-1001) level via 376-LG-1001 in
normal condition (LLL: 475 mm; HLL: 2575 mm)
Unloading Diesel
1 376-GAT-2373 at suction 376-P-1001
376-GAT-2363 at minimum flow 376-P-1001
376-GLO-1221 at discharge 376-P-1001
376-GAT-2778 at discharge 376-P-1001
Shall be open.
2 If the 376-LG-1001 indicate in LLL, ensure that the Diesel
Distribution Pump (376-P-1001) is not running until reach normal
level tank.
3 Start Diesel Distribution Pump (376-P-1001) via 376-XI-1001
4 Open 376-GAT-2366 for line distribution Diesel Fuel to:
1. Diesel Day Tank (375-TK-1001) by open 376-GAT-2370
2. EDG (372-G-1002) by open 376-GAT-2368
3. Main Power Generator (372-G-1001D) by open 376-GAT-
2369
