On Monday, November 21, 2016 Christopher Khounbanam was a guest

teacher at Elizabeth Hall International for at least the second time this
school year. He was the substitute teacher in Ms. Lauren Carkhuffs
second-grade classroom. Confirmation # 230473728.

Mr. Khounbanam was observed repeatedly yelling at students in the

classroom and the hallways. He was asked by the administrative
intern to refrain from speaking to children that way. He was then
observed by other staff members again yelling at students, and was
also talked to by the Assistant Principal for the same behavior. Part-
way through the day, the second grade class had to be split between
the other two second-grade classrooms, because of repeated calls for
behavior support.

We are asking that Mr. Khounbanam not return to Elizabeth Hall as a

substitute teacher in the future.
