Site Meeting

meeting. The tenderers appointed consultant is to attend
all meeting (as requested by the Engineer)

Contractor Supervisor (Clerk Of Work)

1.5 The appointed consultant shall provide a full-time, reliable L.S. L.S. 26,000.00 26,000.00
Clerk Of Work agent to be based at site who must be
able to communicate in both B.Malaysia and English
language effectively with the Engineers Representative,
suopervise all works and keep prop

As-Built Drawings

1.6 On completion of all works, the Tenderers shall prepare L.S. L.S. 1500 1,500.00
and submit in triplicates, duly signed as-built drawings of
building works, C&S, M&E works, external works and
other related works to the Engineer.

Access for Engineers Inspection

1.7 To provide and set up all necessary scaffoldings, ladders L.S. L.S. 5,000.00 5,000.00
and temporary access for the Engineer to inspect the
works as and when required.

Site Office

1.8 Provide, erect, maintain and remove from site on L.S. L.S. 10,000.00 10,000.00

office and Tenderers own office. The site office are to be
equipped with proper and adequate lightings, power
points and air-conditioning, a steel cable size 10m x 5m
including 6 nos chairs, 1 no meeting table, drawing
storage (hanging type) and 1 no of air conditioner 2.0
bhp.

Workmen Accommodations/Stores, etc,.

1.9 Provide, erect, maintain and remove from site on L.S. L.S. 8,000.00 8,000.00
completion, tenderers storage facilities, shed, workmen
accommodations, etc.

Contributions / Deposits To Local Authorities

1.10 The tenderer shall allow for all related costs required in L.S. L.S. 20,000.00 20,000.00
the submission of plans, drawings, etc, to the Local
Authorities for approval before putting up site
facilities/services

Project Signboard

1.11 Supply and erect a project signboard (to Engineers L.S. - 1,800.00 1,800.00
approval) to comply with requirements of all Local
Authorities.

Temporary Services

1.12 To provide. Maintain and remove from site upon L.S. L.S. 3,000.00 3,000.00
completion, water supply, electricity, telephone and
sanitary facilities including all connection fees, monthly
charges and liaisons with the Local Authorities for
approval. Site security shall solely be the responsible of
the contractor.

Safety Gears

1.13 To provide safety gears, i.e safety helmets, first aid kits, L.S. L.S. 1,000.00 1,000.00
security and industrial boots for the sole use of the
Engineer and his representative and visitors to site. The
items are to be properly kept and maintained by the
Contractor in the site office.

JBE Competent Engineer

Progress Report

progress photograph and report once a month as and
when required/directed by the Engineer.

CIDB Regulations and Requirements

1.16 The Contractor shall comply to Part VIII of the Lembaga L.S. L.S. 5,000.00 5,000.00
Industri Pembinaan Malaysia Act 1994 and Construction
Industry (Levy Collection) Regulations 1996 and shall
submit a notification on Form CIDB L1/96 to CIDB not
later than 14 days after the inssuance

1.17 TRAFFIC REQUIREMENT

Supply, install in position and maintain all temporary L.S. L.S. 5,000.00 5,000.00
traffic warning sign, temporary road furnitures including
flagman as per TMP layout plan.

1.18 Local / Relevant Authority

Allow cost for inspection, supervision, site visit and all L.S. L.S. 2,000.00 2,000.00
other charges for the Works as required by Authority.

1.19 Performance Bond

The contractor shall as a condition precedent to the

commercement of any work under this contract provide
bank guarantee approved by the architect and
established in Malaysia to be bound to the Client in a
sum equal to five (5) percent of the Contract Sum for
the due performance of the Contract under the terms
of a bond. The Guarantee shall be valid for the full
Contract Period + Defect Liability Period + 1year. The
Guarantee shall be extended should extension of time
be granted. ITEM - 90,872.97
