SALE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made this _______ day of ______________________

Republic of Kenya (hereinafter referred to as the SELLER) on the one
part and Gregory Madiva Mugolwa, holder of I.D. card Number
__________________, of P.O. Box ____________________ Nairobi in the
Republic of Kenya (hereinafter referred to as the PURCHASER).
WHEREAS it is agreed by and between the parties as follows:-
1. That the property sold is that Plot No. _____________, located
at Utawala area, within L.R. ______________, registered
under ________________________________within _____________
District.
2. That the Purcahse price shall be the sum of Kenya Shillings,
_____________________ (Kshs. ______________/=) which the
PURCHASER agrees to deposit at
____________________________________________________________
A/c No. ____________________________________once this
agreement is finalized
3. The SELLER agrees to execute the transfer and sign any
document when called upon to do so to ensure successful
transfer of the said land.
4. The PURCHASER shall be responsible for processing all
the transactions regarding the transfer.
5. The sale of this plot is subject to the Law Society of Kenya conditions of
sale in so far as they are not consistent with the conditions contained in
this agreement of specifically hereby excluded.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF this agreement is signed by the parties
