I. INTRODUCTION

This document has been produced following the discussion between SGS India and Eaton Sawariyan Gas
Limited.
It is in response to your request for an In-House Training Requirement by the Client and SGS welcomes the
opportunity to provide this Techno Commercial Proposal.

solution, as assigned SGS Project Manager plans and oversees the project, acting as a contact and managing all
day-to-day activities. This is in place through the completion of the project and includes:

Conditions apply for In-House Training only:


Course material: After the Order Confirmation, SGS will be sending One Hard Copy of the Course Material
and client needs to arrange for a photocopy of the Course Materials for the number of participants & a copy
of standard for all the participants
Facilities for conducting the course: Conference room with U shape setting arrangement, LCD Projector,
White Board, White Board Markers, Pointer, Flip Charts.

Other Terms and Conditions

Travel and sojourn charges shall be invoiced at cost and are liable for Service Tax as per the
Government of India.

The fees shown above are based on current market rates and SGS reserves the rights to change
the fees without prior notice

The Proforma Invoice shall be sent to you 7 days before start of the training.In case of any changes or
discrepancy the same shall be corrected

100% payment has to be made on or before the 7 days of training start date

A postponement of training before 15 days of course start would be allowed free of penalty, post that 10%
extra charges would be levied for revised schedule. New dates would be given as per availability of the
tutor

Training once finalized cannot be cancelled.

Proposal Validity: 10 days as from Effective Date.
