Marketing intern (Permanent position after completion)

Reports to: Sales manager, Managing Director

Location: Paltan.

Terms: 3 month training / permanent position available.

Key points

Reach out to garments factories to increase product sales.

Work closely with the Production Team to ensure prompt delivery of bulk goods.

Should be SMART, ENERGETIC & WELL PRESENTED.

Excellent communication skills in English is essential.

Prior knowledge regarding Garments Accessories (Polybag, Gum Tape, Hangtag) will be a huge
advantage.

Must have good typing skills along with the ability to create and design new marketing content.

Will work closely with the Managing Director during training period & will be responsible for
representing the Managing Director to existing client base.

Will be stationed 3 days in head office & 3 days in Factory (ashulia).

Will be provided a few target customers by M.D to establish new Business Ties.

Needs to be able to search new Garments Accessories Buyers and support all their queries along with

production needs.

Needs to handle a few existing clients and answer to all their day to day queries.
Needs to monitor all pre -production activities such as pricing, sampling, and other information being

provided to the buyer

Must be able to manage/control/handle the whole process from buyers' order & production to shipment of

products.

Develop & implement marketing plan, marketing policy & strategy. Develop new market for sales.

Prepare Proforma Invoice and follow up L/C, delivery, utilization declaration and payment.

Take on any educational task provided by the Management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
Final year students completing their Bachelors in any Discipline are encouraged to apply.

However students undertaking a marketing degree will be given priority.

Experience Requirements
0 experience is required but prior knowledge regarding Garments Accessories is advantageous.

Salary Range

During the training period the intern will be provided with an Internship salary as per company policy.

After successful completion of training and reaching required targets the intern will be offered a permanent
position where the salary will be renegotiated based on previous performance.
