    Iloilo, do hereby acknowledge my accountability in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED
    TWENTY SIX THOUSAND PESOS (Php426,000.00) to ____________, also of Brgy.
    Balabag, Pavia, Iloilo.

    I do hereby bind myself to pay the said account of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX
    THOUSAND PESOS (P426,000.00) within the period of two (2) years.
