Step by Step Installing SUNFOR on PC/LAPTOP client

1. Login as member of sunclients group on ADC Server

Example:
Username : EKONIDOFC\suntester
Pass : password

2. Preparing Software Installation

2.1. Install dotnetfx 2.0 x86_x64 (Only XP)
2.2. Install dotnetdx 3.5 x86_x64 (Not important)
2.3. Install dotnetfx 4.0 x86_x64 (Important)
2.4. Infor10_Financials_Business_SunSystems_6_01_01_106
2.5. Install V61Patchset33-SQL
2.6. Install Infor_Query_and_Analysis_10_1_4_SunSystems
2.7. Make sure the user login already set as administrator on locally PC

3. Install IIS on Cpanel->Turn Windows Feature On or Of

4. Install Infor10_Financials_Business_SunSystems_6_01_01_106
4.1. Go to installation for a microsoft SQL Server Environment

4.2. Go to New Installations & Sunsytems V5 upgrades

4.3. Choose & Click Server & Client Components

4.4. The application will be start the installation & click next
 4.5. Choose Custom

4.6. Disable all component except Sunsytems Client

 4.7. Input the data as below details:
Sunsystem Security Server : accsrv
Sunsystem Security Port : 55000
Username : sundom
Password : dom
*should make sure that the password is already unlock on accsrv and
all the service already started and make sure the accsrv
hostname/IP(Test Ping).

4.8. If succesfull , the program will be shown to the next step, please
input following details:

Application Server: accsrv

Port Number : 50000

and then click next.

4.9. If succesfull , the program will be shown to the next step, please
input as the following details:
SunSystem Report Server : accsrv
Port Number : 94
SunSystems Report Manager : accsrv
Port Number : 94
and then click next.
4.10. Install and wait the process until finish.

4.11. The installation wizard completed Click Finish

 5. Install patchsun22 on folder v.61_PS22 for Client_App tier,

5.1. Please choose and double click on the file V61 Patchset22-SQL .

Gunakan patch terakhir (saat ini 037) file tersimpan di IT DATA / SOFTWARE /
SUNSYSTEM, patch akan terus di update sesuai dengan vendor (equine) update
terakhir

5.2.The application will preparing to install

5.3.Please wait for a few minutes until the process going to the
next step
 5.4. Click Update to continue

5.5. If you get pop up confirmation or something , you can choose

next or ok,
 5.6. When the process running the display will be show like in the
below , click OK

5.7. Click finish to complete installation

5.8. The system will display the pop up warning for restart the
laptop/pc.
6. Vision Installation & Add ODBC source on Client PC or Laptop
6.1. Go to administrative tools->Data Sources(ODBC) for 64Bit,and
for windows 32 bit please go to C:\Windows\System32\odbcad32.exe ,
Open odbcad32.exe f

6.2. Click SystemDSN tab and then click Add.

6.3. Choose SQL Server and then click finish.

6.4. Input the new data source

Name :PMQNA
Server :ACCSRV
 6.5. The display will be like in the below, select with SQL
Server authentication using a login ID and password
entered by the user Checklist connect to SQL Server

Login ID : sa
Password : password321

6.6. Checklist the change the default database to PMQNA

and click next

6.7. The display will be show in the below and click

finish
 6.8. Click test data source

6.9. Make sure that the result is TESTS Completed

Successfully and then Click OK
 6.10. The last display will be show like in the below and click
OK.

6.11. Create another ODBC (DOMAINDSN), Go to administrative

tools->Data Sources(ODBC)
6.12. Click SystemDSN tab and then click Add.

6.13. Choose SQL Server and then click finish.

 6.14. Input the new data source
Name: DOMAINDSN
Server: ACCSRV

6.15. The display will be show in the below Select with SQL
Server authentication using a login ID and password entered by
the user Checklist connect to SQL Server.
Login ID : sa
Password : password321
6.16. Checklist the change the default database to PMQNA and
click next

6.17. The display will like in the below and click finish
 6.18. Click test data source

6.19. Make sure that the result is TESTS Completed

Successfully, Finish

6.20. The display will be show like in the below and click OK.
7. Infor Query and Analysis Installation
7.1. Open
folder Infor_Query_and_Analysis_10_1_4_SunSystems and please
choose the setup file.

7.2. Click
OK to Installing the requirements
7.3. The
system will display installation menu for Infor PM Q&A , Click Next
to start installation

7.4. Click
Next for the default path
7.5. Just Leave blank on Q&A Services Location, Click
Next

7.6. Select Complete and Click Next

7.7. The installation will be start and wait until the progress is complete

7.8. The next step you should click on Query & Analysis and the click
Finish

7.9. Click on Query & Analysis , choose data source name as PMQNA,
authentication =windows, and the click test connection.
7.10. Make sure the connection Test Sucessfull

7.11. Click on Sunsystem 5&6, choose data source name as

DOMAINDSN, authentication =windows, and then click test
connection.


7.12. Make sure the connection Test Successful , Click OK and then
click Save

7.13. Click Finish

7.14. Go the the desktop click Sunsystems icon, and try login as
username:PK3 with no password ,then Click OK.

7.15. Wait for a few minutes, Click OK

7.16. The display will show you some menus , and make sure the data
is appear on the arrow option

7.17. Exit the sun system program.

7.18. Find on the right toolbar to log Out the sun system program
 8. Check Infor PM Q & A in Microsoft excel

8.1. Open the blank excel and make sure the info menu is show

8.2. Click infor Q&A Menu, The display will be show like in the below:

8.3. The display will be show in the below, click OK

8.4. The infor menus are will be active, And the sunfor installation is
Done.

9. If the infor menu doesnt show , you can try to manual Steps

9.1. Go to excel 2007 option and choose the add-ins option

9.2. Click on add-ins Manage Excel Add-Ins and Click go

9.3. Click Browse on Add-Ins Pop Up.

 9.4. Find the file on C:\Program Files\Infor\Query and Analysis ,
the file name is LsAgXLB. Click OK

9.5.The display will be show in the below, Click OK

9.6.Open Excel Option , Add-Ins Manage to COM Add-Ins and
Click Go

9.7. The display will show , Click on infor Query and Analysis Add
in , Click OK

9.8. Check sunfor login in Menu infor Q&A ->Logon
