duplicate. Cases opened for inspection to check quality or count must be resealed and signed off.
Above document must be retained for 12 months at Warehouse and for 4 month at restaurant
In case of deviation/ conditional acceptance, receiving person at restaurant must inform Restaurant RGM
and Warehouse Incharge with DRS Data,QVP sheet & pictures of product.
