o Conducted research on the Israeli legal system for a chapter in James Beckman, Comparative Legal Approaches to
Homeland Security and Anti-Terrorism (Ashgate 2007).
Acknowledgement: Professor Beckman stated that, Ms. Whitaker, a 2003 Honors program alumna from the
University of Tampa, and now a third year law student at Stetson University College of Law, conducted
research on the Israeli legal system for this book. [Ms. Whitaker was an] excellent student[ ] at UT[The

Elections System of the Virgin Islands, Deputy Supervisor of Elections-St. Croix District October 2013-present
Work with the St. Croix District Board of Elections through the Supervisor of Elections.
Serve as the Human Resources time and management system manager, Fiscal Officer and Communications lead.
Assist in planning, organizing, coordinating and directing activities of all Elections for the St. Croix district.
Develop processes that monitor progress and performance for the agency
Prepare and monitor budget for the St. Croix Board of Election through the Supervisor of Elections.
Assist in the interpretation and implementation of laws rules, regulations, and codes applicable to election
activities in the Virgin Islands.
