Reflection

How I perceive critical thinking is the will to to think further that what the question is

asking; the ability to really digest every single meaning that something can give. In activities

where I participate in socratic seminar is usually where I use my critical thinking. For AVID we

are expected to read a heavy level text from a feminist book, there were annotate the it and

analyze any interesting ideas. During socratic I use my annotations to comment, criticize and

make an understanding of the text. In many way, critical thinking has helped me assess many

situations and has helped think about every possible outcome. I can further my critical thinking

by assisting club meetings but also in decision making progress. Having a teacher is very

helpful for learning critical thinking because they can help identify important things to keep in

mind, and with that the next time it will be easier to spot out those important things.
