The AMARULA E TV CHILA NATHI LIVE BAR BROACAST REPERTOIRE


(hereinafter referred to as repertoire) is a six hour live television broadcast at any
bar, tavern or any liquor place all over South Africa and beyond. It can run from
19:00 to 00:00 live on E TV.
It would incorporate promotion of Amarula directly to the target consumer while they
(liquor drinkers) are busy drinking. The customers will constantly be told that the
Repertoire is proudly brought to them by Amarula. They (customers) will also be
encouraged to go and buy a bottle of Amarula for maximum thirst quenching
experience. Those that are drinking foreign liquor will be encouraged to come back
home by drinking homie drink, Amarula. They will be encouraged not to be traitors.
However, Amarula is welcome to advertise on the Chila Nathi bar stage. The stage
can be clothed with Amarula branding. The stage can also be outside the bar so that
passing people can also join the unique and absorbing Amarula Bar experience.
The customers of Amarula obviously love music and it would surely be played to
them.
However, prizes like Amarula bottles, t shirts, glasses and caps can be provided for
those customers who answer correct questions related to the famous brand of
Amarula.
The aforesaid Bar Broadcast Repertoire can also encompass Amarula dance
competition and the winners can win the aforesaid prizes.
The Bar Broadcast Repertoire can also include an Amarula Pool Competition and
winners can also acquire the aforesaid prizes.
The ultimate winners in pool, TV broadcasting, comic and dancing competitions can
also tour with Bar Broadcast Repertoire in South Africa and beyond.
This is a new, fascinating and refreshing modality of corporate branding that consists

be the first to do this innovative corporate branding modus operandi. However, there
is no natural or juristic person who can use this creative corporate branding strategy
without the written permission of the host, Mr Zenani France Sibanyoni. Mr
Sibanyoni is the intellectual property owner of this innovative corporate branding
exercise.
There is no doubt that there is a special nexus when it comes to liquor, music, TV,
comedy, dancing and pool. This strategy brings all these special ingredients under
one roof.
Thus the Bar Broadcast Repertoire would acquire a colossal, massive and
elephantine piece of the audience.

The show host will talk fondly, lovingly and compassionately about the
generous contribution of the sponsor at the beginning, in the middle and the
end of every show

The TV Station will also repeatedly advertise that at the specific time the
Amarula Chila Nathi Broadcasting Repertoire is coming and brought to the
beloved audience by the benevolent sponsorship of the sponsor.

Promotional opportunities to build brand awareness and loyalty through

Press Coverage of all events associated with the show will include the phrase
sponsored by <gold sponsor>

An opportunity to contribute to the opening and closing addresses of the show

Ad Hoc SPONSORSHIP

Ad Hoc Sponsorship is available of certain items e.g. MacBook Pro (R16 000) for the
show host to do adequate research of the show, internet modem (R300), internet
data bundle R1 000 per month), car (R10 000 per month) for adequate preparation
of the show, interviews and so forth, salary of the host (R40 000 per month), salary
of producer (R20 000 per month), payment of royalties for music played during the
show (R50 000 per month), payment of show airtime, video camera man (R10 000
per month) digital camera (R2 000), photographer (R8 000 per month), IPhone
(R15 000) for adequate preparation, style and panache of the show as well as artists
(R100 000 per month).

Financial Terms and Conditions

As with any sponsorship opportunity as soon as you financially commit to becoming


a sponsor your name will be associated with the show and exposure will commence.
The show marketing will be well underway with the website at its construction.

Payment Terms are as follows:

100% payment in advance or as arranged with the host. The TV station is registered
with the relevant media authorities and cannot risk its broadcasting licence.

The aforesaid proposal is not cast in stone, and we welcome amendments, inputs and deliberations.
The sponsor can even decide to call the show using the name of one of its brands.

The sponsoring company can even decide which TV station does it prefer, but the sponsorship
amounts may increase depending on a TV station. The host will be happy to licence any move, t & cs
apply.
