RF Full Pallet Pick + Pickwave Replenishment

Pre-requisite
1. Outbound Orders Received via EDI.
2. All Order Status changed to 025 (Allocated to FD)
3. Routing completed by Distribution Team
4. Picklist printed according to Route
5. RF to be run based on Route (whichever Pickwave is run first, that is the 1 st pickwave to
be used for RF Picking). This is to avoid error like Pickbin picking error due to
Replenishment Task exist / not completed from previous Pickwave.

RF Operator Process
To fully Complete this RF Outbound Process, user must make
sure that Full Pallet Picking and Pickbin Picking must be
completed. From the screen on the right, it is Option 10 and
Option 20 below.
Definition of Full Pallet Picking divided into 2:
1. Full pallet means the whole pallet. It can be a full pallet, it
can be half a pallet, it can be just 1 carton. As long as it is
sitting on a pallet under one Case Number no matter
what quantity it has. The idea is when Full Pallet Picking
is performed, user should bring the whole pallet to
Outbound area, user DO NOT do loose picking for this
activity at all.
2. Replenishment the whole Full pallet to Pickbin location. Sometimes the instruction is
to bring the whole pallet to Pickbin location instead of Outbound area, this is for
Replenishment of Pickbin.

Definition of Pickbin Picking

When Pickbin Pick is performed, user supposed to pick loose quantity from the area as
stated by the scanner, once picking all loose quantity is completed, it will direct the
user put down to Outbound area.

Example of the scenario:

If Outbound Order quantity consist of 210 pcs where 1 pallet = 100 pcs. System will ask
user to pick Full Pallet Pick from 3 locations. 2 Full Pallet Pick to Outbound area
(represent 200 pcs) and 1 Full Pallet Pick to Pickbin as Replenishment. This will then
follow by Pickbin Pick where system will ask user to pick just 10 pcs from Pickbin to
complete the process.

If the next Outbound Order of the same part has quantity of just 20pcs. System will
create only Pickbin Pick task for the user. No Full Pallet Pick. If user try to go Option
10 for Full Pallet Pick, it will mention as No Task Found. User will just need to
complete the order by using Pickbin Pick.

If the next Outbound Order of the same part has quantity of 200 pcs. Again this will be
completed just by doing Full Pallet Picking because it match with Full Pallet Quantity
therefore System will ask to pick from Full Pallet Location.

Warning: If there is not enough Pickbin Location, system will no longer send Full Pallet
Pick to Pickbin Location, instead it will ask user to Pick Loose from Full Pallet Location.
