Blue Stars range of tank chillers receives ESMA Certification for UAE
Blue Stars range of tank chillers has received the Certificate of
Conformity from the Emirates Authority for Standardization and
Metrology (ESMA). ESMA is federal UAE Authority and is the sole
standardisation body in UAE responsible for formulating and issuing
national UAE standards as well as adopting international standards.

Tank chillers are used in the Gulf countries to bring down the water
temperatures in overhead storage tanks that are installed on
rooftops and terraces. Due to high ambient temperatures and
exposure of these tanks to direct sunlight, the temperature of water
in these overhead tanks reaches 46oC50oC, making it unsuitable for
direct use. Blue Stars tank chillers are specially designed to reduce
the temperature of this water to about 26oC30oC to make it
conducive for use. These tank chillers are available in a capacity
range of 1.5 TR to 21 TR and use environment-friendly R410A
refrigerant for cooling.
