Itinerary
My road trip will take approximately
10 days. If I travel from the first
destination to the last, it will be
approximately 1500 kilometers. I
pass through Lake Erie.
I pass through New York, Maryland,
and Ontario.
First Destination~ Queenston Heights

My first destination is Queenston Heights.The

Battle of Queenston Heights was important
because it was the first major battle in the
War of 1812 and resulted in a British victory. It
took place on October 13, 1812, near Queenston,
Upper Canada.
Second Destination~ Lundys Lane

My second Destination is Lundys Lane. The

Battle of Lundy's Lane was a battle part of
the American War of 1812, which took place on
25 July 1814, in Niagara, Ontario. It was

one of the deadliest and bloodiest

wars fought in Canada.

Third Destination~ Moraviantown
The Battle of the Thames,

(Battle of Moraviantown) took

part in the War of 1812, and

was a United States Victory

against the United Kingdom and

Tecumsehs Confederacy
Fourth Destination~ Washington DC

The Burning of Washington was a

British attack against Washington,

D.C., during the War of 1812. This

was iconic time in history because

we burned the White house down.

Fifth Destination~ Detroit

The Siege of Detroit, or the Surrender of

Detroit, was an early engagement in the
American War of 1812. It happened on August
15th to August 16th in Detroit.
