Introduction

Many civilized cities are growth up with the improvement of industrial developments.
The residences are built along with the factories. This process keeps the whole system moving
rapidly. However, the improvement of the cities comes with the negative conditions for the
citiess system. The consequence of the developments is the production in large amount of
pollution and uncomfortable condition. The major dangerous conditions are air and water
pollution ,which are mainly caused by the factories and vehicles. The factories release the huge
amount of carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide to the atmosphere. Those gases are
responsible for global warming ,which harms to the worldwide environmental issues. Moreover,
we mainly discuss about the problems on health conditions. With those factories, we can ensure
those bad polluted substances will decrease the health level of people in the area. This issue has
occurred all over the world such as China and India.

Thailand, especially Bangkok the most dense in population city in the country, has the
great effort addressing this issue but still unable to control the problems. Bangkok has a long
history as the capital city and center of the Thailand in many aspects for centuries. Behind its
reputation and glorious improvement, Bangkoks population grows in large scale mixing with
polluted facilities without good planning. Households, offices, factories, and roads are building
up inside this city. After a long period of construction, the effects start to reveal himself as the
health problems. As we have mentioned, the main parts of pollution taking action on this issues
are air and water, which have been released from unorganized facilities. Even though, the
government and Bangkoks administration have been trying to solve ,but the problems have been
built for long time ago before the laws have been announced. This is the only issue that stops us
from our dream city. Many legal regulations are prohibited to minimize and prohibit the
pollution releasing facilities from building inside the city via several certificate earning and
limiting the allowance rule. Those laws could only stop the increasing of pollution production.
However, the on going factories are still producing the polluted chemical into the environment,
where are the home for million of people and creatures.

For the resolution, we are the people with voice not the power ,but with the mass of
citizen, we have the power of movement. We dont have authority to move away those factories
,but we have the right to gather together and ask our rights or requests to the government. We
have to address the importance and consequence of this problem to the public through any media
as possible for the mass movement. After this the viral event, we have to grab the advantage and
push our argument into the government for enforcing the laws to move the factories, but this is
not the easy steps. More than creating the importance in peoples mind, we have to fight with
entrepreneurs, who would definitely lose their money for moving their factories.
 As the process conducting, we choose Khlong Toei as the sample of experiment. As it is
one of the region with high level of population along with the oil distilleries and docks. We want
to examine the amount of polluted waste in the area. We will compare the exact amount with the
standard level and examine the effect on humans health. After we get the result, we will publish
the result to the public also through television and radio to expand the idea.

Also the other problem is pollution from vehicles. We would measure the amount of
pollution. If those vehicles are the major causes, we would push another regulation that will
reduce car usage like reducing price of the train, the process of giving license or limiting the
number of cars.

Implementation Plan
1. Investing the area and testing the air pollution level in Khlong Toei 2 weeks
2. Calculating the perfect length for factories radius and size of CO2 releasing 2 weeks
3. Making the scientific result and giving the pollution problems to the public 2 weeks
4. Inform the people about the factories and our campaign through media 1 week
5. Receive feedbacks and revise the plan 2 weeks
6. Opened letter to the government 1 month
7. Send the letter to the parliament 1 month
8. Establish the laws within 6 months
