CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THE TURKISH GAZA OPERATING A
FRAUDULENT SCHEME WITH HSBC BANKS
DEFRAUDING REFUGEES OUT OF THEIR PROPERTIES

WASHINGTON, DC. A Class Action lawsuit has named the non-country of the Turkish R
epublic of
Northern Cyprus ( TRNC ) and HSBC, an International Bank with offices in the U.S. and
Cyprus, as
defendants in an action for depriving Cypriots of their property, through fraudu
lent transactions in an area
referred to as the Turkish Gaza. The Turkish Gaza is neither recognized by the Uni
ted Nations, nor by
any other country except Turkey, the country that barbarically invaded Cyprus 36
years ago and divided
the island. The military operation Atilla of 1974 as it is known, displaced over 1
70,000 Cypriots,
turning them into refuges, in addition to systematic murders, rapes and destruct
ion perpetrated by the
Turkish army. If that was not enough, the importation of over 150,000 mainland T
urks to occupy these
lands adds insult to the atrocities.
Recently, Jennifer Lopez cancelled her concert in the Turkish Gaza once she beca
me aware of the gross
human rights violations and the TRNC businesses that may not hold legitimate tit
le to the properties.
Unfortunately, the deplorable conduct of Turkey continues. Despite being condemn
ed by the civilized
world, the Turkish Gaza violates the rights of the displaced persons as Turkey m
aintains there over
40,000 troops to ensure people will never return to their ancestral lands, homes
, businesses and houses of
worship, that includes, Jewish, Armenian, and Catholic sites, which have been lo
oted and pillaged. To
this day, Turkey and the Turkish Gaza deprive the Plaintiffs of their rights, in
violation of international
law and the laws of the U.S. with the assistance of HSBC banks.
The lawsuit seeks compensation for the illegal funding coordinated by HSBC, the
only known
international bank that clears money to and from the Turkish Gaza, despite being
aware that titles to
properties being sold are fraudulent. For example, the Amaranta Valley project,
headed by a convicted
felon that defrauded many innocent parties to the tune of hundreds of millions o
f dollars was constructed
and developed on the lands of displaced Cypriots in Turkish Gaza.
This lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court by Washington, D.C. b
