The Grand Circle Opening

(The following is to be preceeded before any magickal working):

(*Disclaimer: this eclectic circle opening utilizes many different practices, which includes certain elements of daemonolatry.
Traditional daemonolatry uses Satan, as The Source, with Flereous invoked at the southern quarter representing fire. If you are
invoking Flereous, the daemonic enn for invocation is 'Ganic Tasa Fubin, Flereous,' & utilized at the southern quarter, while Satan
and His enn are invoked last, as The All instead of Baphomet.)

"1) Cleanse Around The Altar Area With Salt: Sprinkle around the designated perimeter of the circle. It doesn't need to be an
excess amount, a sprinkle here and there is fine.

2) Charging The Athame:

A) Beginning in the northern quadrant, place the tip of the blade to each representation of the elements, moving
clockwise and state:

i) (To North, blade at the bowl of salt) "I charge this blade, by the element of Earth."

ii) (To East, blade at the incense) "I charge this blade, by the element of Air."

iii) (To South, blade at the southern candle) "I charge this blade, by the element of Fire."

iv) (To West, blade at the chalice) "I charge this blade, by the element of Water."

B) After the four charges, present the blade back toward the front of your altar (depending on which direction
your altar is facing), where your highest power representation is designated (for the grey faith, this is Baphomet,
though it may vary according to practice). Light the white candle, and then the black, representing the Horned
God & Triple Moon Goddess, Cernunnos & Hecate, while stating:

i) (To Baphomet) "Strict watch and charge, I give to thee, that by your power no other
shall approach or enter in, unless called upon."

3) Casting The Circle:

 A) Beginning North, trace the circle clockwise, blade pointed downward (amidst the earlier salt sprinkling),
focusing the charged energies of the elements projected through the bladem while evoking:

i) "I conjure thee, o' circle of power, that thou be'est a boundary between the world of m
en & the mighty ones, a guardian of protection that shall preserve & contain the power that I raise with
thee. Wherefore do I bless & consecratre thee."

B) Sprinkle the traced circle once more, with salt, or salted water.

4) Elemental Invocation:

A) Beginning North, light each elemental candle, one at a time, & state with each:

i) (North, Green Candle) "I call upon you, spirits of Earth to gather at this circle & ask for
the blessings of your presence which will impart to this sacred space your emanation of power."

ii) (East, Yellow Candle) "I call upon you, spirits of Air to gather at this circle & ask for the
blessings of your presence which will impart to this sacred space your emanation of power."

iii) (South, Red Candle) "I call upon you, spirits of Fire to gather at this sacred circle & ask
for the blessings of your presence which will impart to this sacred space your
emanation of power."

iv) (West, Blue Candle) "I call upon you, spirits of Water to gather at this sacred circle &
ask for the blessings of your presence which will impart to this sacred space your
emanation of power."

5) Watcher (Daemonic) Invocation:

A) Beginning North, using the athame, trace a pentagram above the light of each elemental candle. While tracing
at each candle, for each representation, invoke the following:

i) (North, Trace Above Green Candle) "By the power of the witchcraft of the Left Hand Path,
and in the name of The Great Baphomet, I summon thee, Belial, watcher of the North to bear witness unto
this rite, to guard & protect all within this sacred circle. Lirach Tasa Vefa Wehlc, Belial."

ii) (East, Trace Above Yellow Candle) "By the power of the witchcraft of the Left Hand Path,
and in the name of The Great Baphomet, I summon thee, Lucifer, watcher of the East to bear witness unto
this rite, to guard & protect all within this sacred circle. Renich Tasa Uberaca Icar, Lucifer."

iii) (South, Trace Above Red Candle) "By the power of the witchcraft of the Left Hand Path,
and in the name of The Great Baphomet, I summon thee, Satan, watcher of the South to bear
witness unto this rite, to guard & protect all within this sacred circle. Tasa Reme Laris, Satan. Ave
Satanas."

iv) (West, Trace Above Blue Candle) "By the power of the witchcraft of the Left Hand Path,
and in the name of The Great Baphomet, I summon thee, Leviathan, watcher of the West to
bear witness unto this rite, to guard & protect all within this sacred circle. Jaden Tasa Hoet Naca,
Leviathan."

6) Declaration:

A) Return to the center of the altar, and rap the handle of the athame upon the central sigil three times, and
declare:

i) "By the crafts of my magick, & by the far watchers, I now declare this circle to be
properly cast."

B) The circle is now cast, and any magickal spellwork, rites, dedications, initiations, pacts, invocations or evocations
are ready to be worked. After such workings, the circle is to be closed properly (see The Grand Circle Closing for
instructions on dispersing the elements, daemonic watchers, and declaration).

Rite Of Empowerment By The Pantheon Of The Seven

Upon this parchment, my will, be seen,
Of desires manifest before the unclean.
The days of old to wither and decay,
And bring to light the dawn of a new day.

To devour this world, so that we may thrive.
I invoke thee, my lord of adversarial might,
To shed thy influence upon this night.

Come forth Hecate, All-Mother Goddess of the Triple Moon,
The trinity of the superior lunar darkness consumed.
By Maiden, we acknowledge the beauty of thee,
The object of our lusts in thy fertility.

Come forth from the caressing winds of the air,
Let this consciousness become one with yours, as heir.

I invoke thee, my patron of otherworldly sight,

Come forth Cernunnos, All-Father God of many names,
The trinity of the superior solar light, untamed.
By Hooded One, we revere the glory of thy hunt,
Dance in the forests, & indulge in thy wilderness front.
By Mother, grant us your tender, nurturing embrace, By Horned One, thy primal urges take hold,
Direct our perceptions through the crossroads we chased. Strengthen the ferocity of our sexual unions untold.
By Crone, & by thy unfathomable wisdom of the craft, By Old One, & by thy unfathomable wisdom of the craft,
Goddess of the threefold trident, darkness manifest. God of the cycles of life, may thy light manifest.

Source of all that seeks to be of the way,

Encompassing All, our Great Baphomet.
I ask this rite to flourish, for all involved,
Let their words & desires become realities evolved.

Gather forth and surround this circle in blackened grace.
From thy darkness we're born, from the Void we arise,
To The Void we return, at this body's demise.

The Grand Circle Closing

(The following is to be proceeded with after any magickal working):

After any spellwork has been accomplished, or meditations, etc., a proper closing is necessary to close out all the
energies harnessed, raised, and brought forth. The following portion of this Grimoire addresses the steps needed to conclude
any epic working.

1) Closing The Circle:

A) Beginning in the northern quadrant, while the candles and incense are still lit, trace out each elemental
pentagram in reverse, reciting:

i) (North, Tracing In Reverse Above Green Candle) "Hear me old ones of the North, I honor you
for your attendance & bid you depart now in peace to your secret realms. In perfect love, &
perfect trust I say hail, and farewell."

ii) (East, Tracing In Reverse Above Yellow Candle) "Hear me old ones of the East, I honor you
for your attendance & bid you depart now in peace to your secret realms. In perfect love, *
perfect trust I say hail, and farewell."

iii) (South, Tracing In Reverse Above Red Candle) "Hear me old ones of the South, I honor you
for your attendance & bid you depart now in peace to your secret realms. In perfect love, &
perfect trust I say hail, and farewell."

iv) (West, Tracing In Reverse Above Blue Candle) "Hear me old ones of the West, I honor you
for your attendance & bid you depart now in peace to your secret realms. In perfect love, &
perfect trust I say hail, and farewell."

B) Beginning in the northern quadrant, and widdershins (counter-clockwise), retrace the original circle cast,
drawing and absorbing the raised energies back into the athame.

C) Rap the handle of the athame upon the central sigil three times , and declare:

i) "By the crafts of my magick, & by the far watchers, I now declare this circle to be
properly closed."

D) Extinguish all elemental candles and the incense, widdershins (counter-clockwise), beginning North and
ending East, and then extinguish the black candle representing Hecate, then the white representing Cernunnos. If
the grey candle was utilized, this is done last, finalizing the closing of the circle.

E) *Disclaimer*: If there were any ashes from resulting any spellwork, (i.e. pact burnings or of the like, anything
formerly written that was burned in the process of the ritual), more than likely the ashes themselves should be
properly buried, stored, or dispersed in the ocean accordingly until the results reach fruition.
