RE: Applying for part-time IELTS Invigilator

Dear Ms. Tran

My name is Trang Hong Trinh. I am writing this cover letter in order to apply
for your part-time IELTS Invigilator at your IELTS IDP Education Centre. Let
me draw your attention to several reasons why you might want to hire me.

Firstly, I have been involved in education industry since I first started working
part-time as a Mathematics private tutor from 2010. Also I gained some
hand-on experience in examination hall while being an invigilator and
supporter in English Olympics for elementary and secondary high school
students when I was marketing trainee at Language Link Vietnam. I have in
mind the whole picture of the procedure and relevant work I ought to do if I
get this job especially as I took my IELTS Test at your IDP Centre.

Secondly, I just graduated and am in the process of finding a job, hence I

have quite good amount of free time at the moment. I could work more or
less 20 hours per week depending on others schedule.
 Last but not least, being a part-time IELTS invigilator will not only earn me
some allowance but also provide me an unique opportunity to work in an
interactive environment with examiners and test-takers. I am willing to learn
and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success
