By the name of God, the most beneficent, the most merciful

All praises be to Allah SWT, the lord of the world, creator of the universe, the one who has been giving us
mercies and blessings. He is also the one who give us good faith and healthy comfort so we can be here to
attend this wonderful event.

Peace and salutation always be upon our beloved prophet Muhammad SAW who has taught us the principles
Islam, and by his guidance we are able to understand the good and the bad, the right and wrong, the true and
false, and leaving the time of darkness to the way of the righteousness.

And I would like to say thank you so much to the committee of the speech contest who give me time to
speak in this unforgettable moment. Indeed, it is very great pleasure for me in this precious chance to deliver
my speech under the title :

Ladies and gentlemen,

The future of our country depends on young generation. And the quality of young generation depends on
how the country treat them well by giving proper education.

School environment is a place where students spending most of their time to study and interract with their
friends and teachers. It has very important role to build student's character and intellectuality.

We face many different problem these days. And the problem that causes the most problems are drugs.
Drugs cause bad decision making, comitting crime, and get people very addicted to bad habits. Drugs make
people don't think straight. When people don't think straight, they tend to make wrong choices. When people
make wrong choices, it usually put people around them in danger. And of course it is so dangerous and not
good for everyone.

Sometimes drugs are the reason why people going crazy. And gradually, it could take them to their death.

Young people are still unstable. They need guidance, because sometimes they unaware about things that
endangered themselves. And drugs are very serious threat for them.

Should we let young generation lost and crazy ? Should we let them die slowly ?

No !

Because the future rely on them.

Ladies and gentlemen.....

The issue of school safety is our concern. It is very important to develop good environment where learning
process can take place. Providing safe and drug free school is very essential for achieving the best class
education.

Why is it important ?

Because today, drugs are everywhere. It already affecting people from many elements. From ordinary people
in our society, young artist, state official, or even students and teenagers.

Young generation is in a great danger. When drugs come, we are seduced to consume it. What will happen
after that ?

DESTRUCTION ! And the future is dead !

What is the meaning of your life if you are addicted to drugs ? Nothing ! Because your mind is broken.

O, young people... beware of the drugs ! Once you are addicted, you will lose everything.

My brothers and sisters.....

We are the students of Islamic School ( Madrasah ). For some reasons we have more religious lessons that
teach us Islamic principles, moral values and wisdom. We understand which one is good and which one is
bad. We know what we have to do in our life. Drugs is absolutely haram. It is forbidden. Those who live
with drugs, there will be no peace.

So,... my brothers and sisters, let's work together to create good environment in our school.

Making school safe, orderly, and drug-free requires our support and cooperation.

Teachers and school officials give us educational facilities to support the process of the learning activities,
and providing good environment at school. And we as the students have to be part of the school effort to
create an orderly, respectful environment. We have an important role to play in ensuring that our schools is
safe and orderly. We can take steps to help making our school as a place where learning can take place
without disruption and without the fear of being victimized by bad influence and evil mind.

Imagine a world where there are no drugs what so ever. We wouldnt have to fear as much about crime. No
more worries about what kids are doing when parents dont know where they are. The world would be a
better place, less violence, less bad decision making, less addicted people, and less criminal in our society.
Our world would be drug free !

It would be great, right ?

My dear fellow students.....

Let's make the environment of our madrasah become a healthy environment and drug free. Let's create our
school become a decent livable, fresh and comfortable environment for study. Let's feel the state of good
physical health as well as mentally health, far from any adverse effects and the influence of drugs.

Think about the trees, the fresh air, the shady places and flowers in the schoolyard. Think about the
greenhouse, tidy classroom and peaceful seat in our school. And think about the smile in our faces. It is
wonderful, isn't it ?

Brothers and sisters, ladies and gentlemen.....

We must learn how to be responsible, and we start it from ourselves.

The environment of our madrasah ( Islamic School ) is our responsibility. We have to keep it well. We have
to save it from the danger of the drugs.

Finally, it is enough from me at this point. If there are mistakes in my words, it's because of me, and the right
one is merely from Allah SWT.

from must be saved from drugs because they are the pillar of the future. It is very important to prevent the
external influence that could bring its negative effect. And the effort to do that is by creating good
environment at school that support student's creativity, advancing their intelligence, and most importantly
building their character.

The enviroment of madrasah ( Islamic School ) is very important for our existence as students. It has
educational facilities to support the process of the learning activities. That's why, it is our obligation to
always

keep it well.

businesses, parents, and students work together to develop a disciplined environment where learning can
take place. Providing safe and drug-free schools is a cornerstone for achieving a world-class education.

Most of all, creating safe and orderly schools is about commitment and community will. Accomplishing
such a goal requires families, schools, and community leaders to articulate the quality of the educational
environment they want to provide for youth and to collaboratively develop the strategies that will produce
the desired results. Achieving this significant objective requires school and community leaders to assess
where they are, plan where they want to be, implement a a series of comprehensive strategies to bridge the
difference, and evaluate their progress.

Essential ingredients for creating safe, orderly, drug-free schools include:

Students have an important role to play in ensuring that their schools are safe and orderly. They can take
steps to help make their schools places where learning can take place without disruption and without the fear
of being victimized or bullied.

Parents play a key role in ensuring that their children are safe and drug-free. Without the active support and
participation of parents, schools and communities cannot be safe. Parents have to be part of a school's effort
to create an orderly, respectful environment.

Making schools safe, orderly, and drug-free requires the support and cooperation of the entire community.
Children spend a significant amount of their time in the community, and it is essential that community
groups (including law enforcement and social services, juvenile justice agencies, foundations, and not-for-
profit organizations) and businesses provide students with the assistance and support needed to live in a
community and go to school without the fear or threat of violence. Some of the actions community and
business groups can take to assist schools are:

We need to know the environment of madrasah(Islamic school) is a place where we suspend our lives as
students. It has become an obligation for us to always keep our environment of madrasah (our Islamic school
environment) well, in order to generate profits for our environment is not a loss or even a disaster for us.

One way to make the environment of madrasah become a healthy environment and drug free, we need to
know in advance constellation madrasah and healthy environment free of drugs is something the state where
the school was decent liveable/comfortable environment of students. The state of physical health of students
can be maintained as well as their mental health was also healthy. Far from any adverse effects of one of
them is the influence of drugs.

Nowadays many generation who are already using drugs. Not only young artists, high officials of the state,
but more alarming is that many students who have tasted the drug. This is very detrimental to the student,
because the student who are taking drugs do not get to see a beautiful future, there is only a bleak future.
Therefore, we are as students must create an environment of madarasah become healthy and enjoyable and
drugs free, in order to create a viable and convenient madrasah to study.

creating healthy environment is one of the best ways to prevent various diseases that lurk students, one of
them by keeping the madrasah, can be started from ourselves, our friends or fellow citizens madrasah

As citizens of the madrasah, we will feel proud if we become a healthy and good madrasah . So that others
do not hesitate to imitate our habits in creating madrasah healthy and free from drugs. So we as caretakers of
this madrasah was also affected positively, namely teaching and learning to be comfortable for our
environment healthy madrasah.

Bad habits are the worst thing about drugs. Common bad habits of drugs are skipping school, skipping
work, and not paying bills, are just a few common habits caused by drugs. First off skipping school will get
you no where, because when you skip a lot school you will get kicked out. Once youre kicked out you have
a slim chance of getting to college. Once college is ruled out then you have a very shy chance of getting a
good paying job. Second off skipping work is just going to get you fired and that will look bad on your
record if you ever go to get another job. Also then you wouldnt be able to afford rent, insurance, bills,
groceries, the drug itself, and whatever has to be paid. Once that happens you would lose everything that
you were paying and paying off.
Imagine a world where there are no drugs what so ever. We wouldnt have to fear as much about crime. No
more worrying about what you chose to try because it wouldnt drugs in it. No more worries about what kids
are doing when parents dont know where they are. The world would be a better place less crime, less bad
decision making, less addicted people, and less whackos in our society. Our world would be drug free!
Wouldnt that be great?
