A Sachin was not on that program during that time
frame. He did not move onto that until he was done
with the InSite ExC program, and he worked on the
Agent when we started up the Agent work. So Sachin
was not on that program.
Q Wasn't Sachin's first project GEIP/RSVP?
A I don't believe so. Well, it was the RSVP part of
it, but that was when we started the Axeda project.
Before that he was working InSite ExC.
Q So here Sachin says that there were challenges on
RSVP project. This is his 2012.
A Yeah.
Q So you agree that he did work on GE -- because I know
he --
A RSVP of the Axeda stuff started in 2012. The end of
2012.
Q And when did Windows CE ended?
A I don't remember when Windows CE ended. He wasn't on
CE.
Q He was or wasn't on CE?
A Sachin? Sachin finished up the CE stuff in 2012. I
don't know the exact date.

(2) hearing lacking due process one sample

As I mentioned below; Dave M was lying under oath at hearing on May 9th. This is just one example.
There were several such cases.

David Mehring testified that Sachin did not worked on RSVP GEIP project(also to as I was asking there were
200 defects in development environment in that project the day I joined..).
I tried to ask Dave M few times to refresh his memory and I also said I have several emails to prove that Sachin
did work on RSVP-GEIP project. Dave M was not telling the truth.

Below is just one email. Please look at the yellow highlighted item where it says Sachin. SW was not written
properly prior to me joining and I needed $30 SW ..Dave M wont approve that SW purchase and Dave M gave
example how Sachin and Naresh did. Then I had to say to Dave M that Sachin and Naresh didnt use tools to
write properly tested SW; SW is having performance issue and hence I need that $30 SW tool to test.

I was not allowed to enter this email as evidence at hearing nor ask further question.. After this I left arbitration.

long time (all this was done before I joined the team and I was fixing lots of defects)and asked for

Sorry in this WO have limited time to view mail Agree with the below from you Greg and was thinking
down the same road before you replied, since we need to solve this for all. Some of the issue of
performance issue back to IP, I would also be concern with either the queries or the data model if we are
see that long of responses is it optimized and scalable.. For the DB Sree has, the patches can be
applied to it also , if needed.

Here are my comments:

I think that because of the state of the project, there may be many activities that rely

upon the dbase fighting for access, and this could put some pressure on any one individual,

and their attempts to get their job done.

My thought is this. We are in the process of putting together our own (local) development enterprise,

which will have a database. If these issues persist and become unmanageable, then once that dbase is

ready we can direct her development there. Nate will try to ensure that we have proper access so that

the tools that Madhuri needs will be available.

I am using Detroit database currently. And for some queries its timing out for more than a minute(as temp
fix I increased timeout)..
When I make changes in database as part of development..I first need to make it in locally and not use
share..

We use sql server for RSVP so oracle is not useful.

Why is an individual database needed vs the current shared one that I believe all the other developers
are using. How was Naresh & Satchin doing it before since I did not need to get them developer
copies. For other applications, we do not install Oracle on each laptop. Please help me with what type of
Roadblock we are trying to overcome by not using the shared DBs. I will approve this if the team feels
there is a need for an independent db. Talk it over with Greg or Nate and let me know the answer
