Quiero dedicar este trabajo a Dios que me ha dado la vida,
la voluntad y la oportunidad de estudiar, a mis padres por
todos los esfuerzos que han hecho por m y los valores que
me han inculcado, ya que ellos me motivaron a terminar
este trabajo que lo haba postergado.
 RESUMEN

El presente trabajo nos encamina como podemos llevar un proyecto exitoso con la ayuda
de la Gestin de Proyectos enfocados mediante la Gua del PMBOK 5. Este proyecto como est
enfocado en un aplicativo web cumple la funcin de ser usada en mltiples plataforma como
mediante una URL podemos acceder ya sea por desktop o va Tablet.

El principal objetivo es la rapidez de poder ingresar cotizaciones, ya que es su principal

fuente de ingreso. Una vez ingresadas estas cotizaciones podemos proceder a generar o
programar sus fechas de vaciados de las obras correspondientes. Esto genera una optimizacin de
los costos ya que mediante una Tablet el vendedor podr realizar una cotizacin y envirselo al
cliente lo ms rpido posible sin la necesidad de ir a la empresa y llenarlo en un formato de excel
como se vena haciendo anteriormente.

Gracias a las buenas prcticas que nos indica la Gua del PMBOK esto nos ayudar a
encaminar un proyecto exitoso tomando las recomendaciones que nos da, como la buena
comunicacin que debemos tener con los interesados (usuarios finales) levantar la informacin,
para tener un alcance bien definido, si no se define bien el alcance podra existir ambigedad por
parte del cliente y por parte nuestra. Si tenemos un buen alcance podremos estimar los tiempos y
por ende los costos ya que no afecte de manera abismal dicho proyecto, si hay algunos cambios
en el alcance dichos cambios podran ser tomados como adicionales para que no afecte
demasiado el tiempo.
 ABSTRACT

The present work lead us to a successful project with the help of Project Management by
PMBOK Guide 5. This project is a web application that can be used on multiple platforms as a URL
and can be accessed by either desktop or via Tablet.

The main objective is the speed to enter quotes, because it is their main source of income.
Once are admitted these quotes we can proceed to generate or schedule dates emptied of work
involved. This generates cost optimization using a Tablet as the seller can make a quotation and
send it to the customer as quickly as possible without the need to go to the company and fill it in an
excel format as it was done previously.

Thanks to the good practices indicate by the PMBOK Guide this will help us steer a
successful project taking the recommendations given to us, as we have good communication with
the stakeholders gather the information to have a well-defined scope if said scope is not well
defined that could lead to ambiguity between the client and ourselves. If we have a good scope, we
can estimate the time and therefore costs to avoid any abysmal effect or the plan if there are some
changes in the scope, such changes may be taken as an additional in order to avoid bad timing.
