TNU Frequently Asked Questions
Q: None of the flat rate per month audio plans contain Toll-Free, but my customer needs it.what do I do?
A. Toll Free is only available as a pay-per-minute plan. Toll User and Toll Plus User can be combined with committed/uncommitted per-
minute audio services for bridge country Toll Free, Global toll-free and Global Callback. Toll Plus International User can be combined
with committed/uncommitted audio for bridge country Toll Free and Global toll-free. This will be supported in Annuity when ordering A-
WX, and in GRA. It is not supported in A-SPK

Q. Can I mix and match different TNU plans in the same site, e.g. equip 100 users with TNU+ and 50 users with TNU+I?
A. No, we dont have means to assign specific licenses to specific end users. If you need to equip a subset of end-users with, for
example, International call-back, you can start with TNU+, and then add per-minute audio for International call-back. Then in Site
Administration, you can manage user privileges to entitle International Callback for the users that need it.

Q. Is the geographic coverage for Toll User, Toll Plus User, and Toll Plus International User the same as what I can buy when purchasing
per minute committed/uncommitted audio?
A. Only for Toll Dial in:
The Toll Dial-in footprints are identical between the Toll/Toll Plus/Toll Plus International offers and Per Minute Audio (27 countries.)
None of the Toll/Toll Plus/Toll Plus International offers support Toll-Free dial-in, while Per Minute audio supports bridge country and Global Toll
Free dial-in from 47 countries
The Call-back coverage for Toll Plus International includes 29 countries, while Per Minute audio supports bridge country and Global Callback to
195 countries.

Standalone Site SSO Configuration
WebEx integration for SSO
1. Get the metadata from WebEx

Need to get the metadata from the WebEx site in the SSO configuration
This file will provide the certificates required to
exchange HTTP information
This file also provides information on what is the :
NameID formats accepted by the WebEx Site, we
recommend the use of
urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:unspecified

Location of the Service

https://<SiteName>.webex.com/dispatcher/SAML2AuthService?siteurl=<Site
Name>

What kind of SAML binding we are going to use

SAML 2.0 using HTTP-POST

2. Configuring the IdP ( IdP and SP Components )
Most of the vendors always have two major tasks that together define the agreement between the
IdP<->SP:
With the metadata xml file that we got from WebEx we configure the SP component

1. When configuring the IdP

part, we need to define what
authentication mechanism
we are going to use.

3. Export the metadata from the IdP

Similar to what we did in the beginning with the WebEx Site we are going to export the metadata of the
IdP to enable SSO on the SP (SP )
In our example we export the metadata from PingFederate SP and we include the X509 certificate, binding
services and locations

4. Import the metadata from the IdP

Change the AuthContextClassDef to urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:ac:classes:Unspecified

Now back to the WebEx configuration we will import the metadata from the IdP.

After the Importing you will notice that information on IdP ID, Login URL and Certificated fulfill
