herein upon you, any goods, chanels, monies, credits. effects or debts due to or belonging to
the said Defendant?

ANSWER: The Garnishee does not pos$ess any property of the Defendant, and is not in any
relationship with the Defendant that gives rise to any payments owing to Defendant. We
have multiple contracts that were terminated in 2012, and multiple others that ar6, by letter
of the agreemeht, active, but have not been operational for many years.

4) lf the answer to the previous lnterrogatory is affirmative, please state the what was the basis of
the obligation, please state the nature of the obligation and value thereof?

ANSWER: The basis of the obligations was contractual obligations to pay the Defendant an
amount based on the exploitation of its audio-visual content. The value has been Nl[ for many
yegffi.

5) lf the answer to the previous lnterrogatory is affirmetive, please state if there are any pledges
for collateral or assignments for the benefit of creditors places against any of the monieq
proceeds or obligations due the Defendant.

ANSWER: None to the best of our knowledge.
